1991 Ford Crown Vic

I purchase my 1991 Crown Vic in 1994 when it had 100,000 miles on it for about 2000 dollars. Last year it was driven to the junk yard after rolling over 510,000 miles. It had one transmission overhaul and nothing done to the engine itself. The transmission again went out and after only 250,000 miles and it had been in about 8 accidents with the paint pretty much history. Just the usual upkeep stuff....alternators, brakes, belts, etc. It burned zero oil (it did drip oil) and everything pretty much worked. It had the 5.0 V8, dual exhaust, limited slip diff,, and an extra transmission cooler already on it. I changed the oil EVERY 3000-4000 miles with high quality oil and oil filter and flushed the cooling system every year. All in all pretty impressive I think.
