2017 FIAT 500L consumer reviews

Polarizing exterior design - but I like it. Best part of the car for me is the interior. I have a fully loaded Trekking which includes a panoramic sunroof; the visibility is excellent. My only real gripe is the seat can be a tad hard on long road trips. Reliability has been excellent at 5,000 miles.

After owning a 2006 Scion xB from brand new in August of 05, till January of 2016. I decided to get myself a sedan. Boy, was I mistaken. What I really wanted was another hatchback like my xB. Just newer. So after a year and a half, I decided to go drive one of these 500L's. I first drove the 500X. Which was great for exterior styling and a few interior features. But it lacked the headroom, arm room, backseat leg room, and most of all POWER. It was gutless. So I took to the 500L knowing it had the 1.4L, turboed, Abarth motor. I'm sure glad I did! It moves much more than the X. Almost a full second faster from 0-60 in all it's 1.4L glory, next to it's brother the 2.4L 500X. The interior is roomy and has great features from the stereo, to individual climate controls, to navigation, backup camera, several airbags for safety... the list goes on. This car really surprised me. I recommend you give it a shot. it's worth the time. Needless to say, I'm filling out some paperwork for mine...

I really enjoy this small car and am pleasantly surprised by all the room in the front and back seats. The bucket seats are very comfortable. The only changes I would like are a larger center console and automatic seat position buttons instead of manual. Also the arm rest on the driver side is a bit far to reach. Otherwise it is a very comfortable car to drive and ride in and you can sit very high in it, which I appreciate.

Only had car for 1 month but so far we love it. Fairly easy on gas. Real easy on the eyes. Fairl comfortable overall. I dont however understand the critics who put the car down.

Terrific vehicle. It has everything that I need for work and as a family vehicle. It is spacious and comfortable and a pleasure to drive. Well designed!

The Fiat meets our needs. Looks great inside and out. A lot of nice fe atures, great leg room, handling is awesome, great window view while driving, excellent sound system, great on mpg, right now 42mpg. The seats could be more comfortable, 1.4 4 cylinder engine so no big take off, but great pickup once going.

It is a small car with plenty of room inside. This car really will meet our needs as a second car foe the family.
