got more than i planned

the truck is in great condition. when i went to look at it, it had several features that attracted my attention the color of the exterior and interior, the size, and the affordability of this vehicle. i put a down payment on it right away and picked it up yesterday. when i went to pick it up i also noticed the front seat is a bench seat which made it even better in my mind. i got much more than i had expected. definitely a very good investment.

Best Truck for the Money

Bought a slightly used 2006 RAM1500 HD HEMI with 4WD and Mega Cab in 2009. Truck had 17K showing and now is at 95K. For 4 years I had a company car, so I drove it little and when I did, I was towing a 35' RV Camper, so this truck was used hard. ( a lot of West Virginia, Virginia and North Carolina mountain driving) I have had 2 Fords and a GM in the past and I can say without a doubt that the Dodge has been the better truck. The only two repairs that I have had to make on it, were some rear end work at 60K and recently the one outer "U" joint on the driver's side front axle needed to be replaced. I have had no other major issues. Replaced the front break pads once and the rears are still going.

Love my Ram 4x4

I've had a 99 Dakota for several years and was ready to upgrade to a bigger truck. My husband loves his Ford but I couldn't get an f150 4x4 with the same mileage for this price. And in my opinion, the Ram is not a down grade. Its a great running. great looking truck. I was gonna trade in the Dakota but its still running good with almost 200,000 miles. So I kept it.

As It Should Be

I've had several Dodge Pickups and each one seems better than the last. Very durable and cost efficient, right down to the paint.

not the worst truck I have owned

I bought this 2006 Ram Mega Cab in the spring of 2007.It was a used 4x4 with 10,000 miles on it.The next 5 years were great. As soon as warrant ran out,the left front wheel bearing went bad.5 months later, the right front wheel bearing went bad. 2 months later, both cat converters went bad.Now just last month both u joints on each side of steering went bad.It seems after warranty expires, all heck breaks loose. Now one of the motors for power driver seat quit.

a lemon

I have had nothing but trouble with this truck, i wish i never got it. A used Dodge 2006, all wheel bearings went out had to put on new rotors new brakes, no help from the dealer on the bill, only had the truck three months and spent $1400.00 in repairs and it's in the shop now, yeah I'm happy with my Dodge.
