Great larger than average SUV
Needed some decent space to haul people and/or stuff. This thing is perfect. It has the V6 with dual exhaust...performance is real good. If you're easy on the throttle, the mpgs are good too. Interior is very flexible with up to 7 seats. Driving it is easy, it's quiet, handles well, and is just plain solidly built. Have only had it a month but so far I'm impressed.

Excellent vehicle for traveling. I use it as our family vehicle. Very spacious and comfortable. My wife loves to drive it everywhere. Our kids love it. We like all of the extra features like the back up camera, sat radio as well as blue tooth compatability.

Best Looking SUV on The Road
This SVU is everything!!! I bought the "blacktop" edition, and it is a head turner FOR REAL!!! My teenage girls and their friends love it, as do I. It has a very comfortable ride with the AWD system, and has performed very well in the almost 2-years I've had it. Can't go wrong with this SUV.

Love my Durango!
We had a 2004 Durango Limited and loved it so we decided to get a newer model. So far we are very pleased with our Durango Citadel! It rides even smoother than our older suv and much better gas mileage. Love the new backup camera as we have a lot of children in our neighborhood much easier to keep them safe. My husband loves the acc feature in the cruise control and we both like the rain senors for the wipers. Can not find anything we don't like so far.

The Durango R/T, a well kept secret!!!
Let me start by saying a TON of research went into this purchase!!! All brands, you name it I checked it. I'm the type of person in which the more money I'm going to spend means the more research I'm going to do before "pulling the trigger." Well I pulled the trigger on a 2015 quite gangster looking black on black (Blacktop) Durango R/T. I've gotten nothing but compliments since getting this thing, it's a MAN'S SUV (no offense ladies, but it is quite mannish)!!! That Hemi growl is addictive!!! You can't help but lower the boom every now and then and give it some thrust down the highway, awesome acceleration. It fits my family of seven which was a must. The kids had to adjust to the slight "tightness" of an SUV compared to riding in a Honda Odyssey for the past few years, but they'll get over it!!! Daddy needed this, his van days are over!!! I do miss the cargo space I had with the van, and yes this rig can really gulp down the petro (especially with the bigger tank), but I don't regret my purchase in any way. What would I change? Sigh...well...for me...I've driven foreign vehicles for so long and I've been purposely steering clear of domestic brands, but, just to get an extra boost of...ownership pride...this thing should be a Jeep brand. Especially since it's sister vehicle is a Grand Cherokee (which I love), yeah, it just seems like it would make more sense to be offered as a Jeep. Well I guess FCA agrees and out goes the Durango and in will soon come the Grand Wagoneer, and if they do that right my current R/T may be traded in for the new G-Dub (I'm sorry, Grand Wagoneer doesn't flow off of the tongue very well). Summary, if you are in the market for a three row SUV, do yourself a favor and check out the 2014 and newer Durangos, especially the Citadel and R/T, I PROMISE you it'll make you grin the biggest grin and you too will drive away saying, "Did I just buy a Dodge?!?" Go test drive a used one now, do not buy new, the current deals on slightly used Durangos are awesome!!!

Family/Friends/Work Vehicle
So far, my husband and I love our Durango. It works great for hauling around his coworkers (or other multiple adults), transporting family to and from appointments and even picking up friends and going places. I go and pickup a friend and her 9 month old and nearly 2 year old. We can fit all three carseat in the car, her double stroller and my single jogging stroller. I do wish that the second row had LATCH anchors in the middle. If the latch anchors were there, we could fit all three kids in one row rather than have to take an infant base out or get the strollers out to take the nearly 2 year old out of the car. My only other thing I don't like, is the Mopar All Weather floor mats. They don't cover the floor in the middle of the second row and also don't cover all the way under the second row seat (3rd row mat). When people are climbing in and out of the car in the winter, boots can sure track in snow and without the mats reaching those areas, we've had dirty snow get on the carpets.
