Vehicle entertainment system lacking
I bought this van to replace one that my wife totalled. The VES is lacking continuity with the remote & headphones. Other than entertainment system being crap, overall, the van is solid & dependable.

2016 Town & Country Review
Bought this van the 1st quarter of 2017 with 10k miles. As of the 1st of 2024 my mileage is at 84k. I traded in my 2010 model. I find these vans to be extremely reliable and even though I purchased extended warranties have never had any type of warranty issues, actually no warranty work on either van, but I do regular fluid and maintenance, so I guess I wasted a lot of extra dollars due to their reliability. I am a big guy so I really like the seating, plenty of room for me. I also really like the Stow and Go back seats which gives me room to haul all types of stuff. I highly recommend these vehicles.

Upgrade from a 2013 to this 2016
We loved our 2013 Town & Country so we wanted to upgrade to a newer model with less miles. A 2016 with just 27,000 miles was the ticket.

I loved the car but...
I like to take road trips sometimes with extended family. There's plenty of room in the second row and not as much but it's sufficient in the third row and plenty of room for our gear. The drawback to this vehicle is that it has been discontinued. If you need any body repair work at all , it's with aftermarket parts and they are incredibly expensive.

Great utility and superb MPG
Owned the vehicle almost 4 years and loved it! Plenty of power and got 30-31 mpg on the highway at 70 mph! However, due to 3.6 liter engine, only 16-17 in town. Purchased CPO - Certified Pre Owned - from a dealer. Very comfortable for four passengers and can carry up to seven plus some luggage. Stow 'N Go seating has a learning curve, but provides a flat surface. (To stow the middle seats you must first move the front seats as far forward as they will go.) The ONLY repair required was replacing the front passenger side power window switch. I bought a new one from Rockauto and replaced it myself. I can do some stuff, but not even a novice mechanic. (Thank goodness for youtube videos!) We'd likely still have it if Trump had been reelected, because then we wouldn't have fuel prices spiraling out of control. Traded it in on a hybrid.

Good family car
This car has lots of features which make it attractive as a family car. It has a rear entertainment DVD player which is good for long trips with kids, as well as electrical outlets and USB ports in the back for kids’ electronics. There is plenty of room and the Stow and Go seating is very versatile. This is my second Town and Country - my first one went 330,000 miles so I hope this one will do as well.

We lost a transmission and someof the were replace
This has been a great vehicle . We lost our transmission at 87k miles. We have had 4 vans and two new trucks all Chrysler. They would not replace the faulty pump based on our VIN number. Will have to keep this in mind when we but another van.
