Best car I've ever owned

I really researched for an affordable hard-top convertible and this one surpassed my expectation. I have not had any major problems with this car besides normal wear and tear.

I LOVE IT!

I just bought this car, it had all the service records! it looks like the air conditioner was leaking freon, but it was fixed, other than that just regular maintenance on the car. It is stylish & comfortable . It is Black and has Chrome Wheels so it really looks good, when I bought it it needed some deep cleaning ! But it was worth it, it has 97,000 miles on it so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it is a good second car! So far so good, I would recommend buying this car Shop for a private owner vs a Dealership you will save big $$$ I looked and shopped around and found this one - 2008 Limited Convertible it has every thing including a Navigation System the original sticker price (I have it! ) was $35,885 - I got for $3,000 not bad. Good Luck!

Nice car, but not good for long term

I had the convertible, which was very nice and looks great. It's a solid car and performed well for the majority of the time I owned it. It gets decent gas mileage for how heavy it is. It lasted me 8 years and over 130k miles without major issues, but unfortunately, it only gets worse with time. The last year that I owned it, I ran into some overheating and leaking issues, which is why I got rid of the car.

Snappy & cool

I didn't pay much for this Sebring. $4500 when it was 8 years old. Lots of problems with the hydraulic convertible top. And the dealer is NO HELP. They don't even manufacture the header latch motor anymore. Now the evaporator core is shot and it will cost $750 to replace it. (Meanwhile no A/C... in FLorida.... grrrrr!) The evaporator core is almost impossible to reach. To replace this $49 part, you have to remove the entire dashboard.

Not this one!

I did not like it too much. Had a '97 Sebring in the past as well as a '95 LeBaron. I loved both of them, but this 2008, no friggin' good.

The exterior style is great

I had my reservations about owning an American car myself before I purchased the Chrysler Sebring in terms of performance but I was pleasantly surprised.
