Stylish and full of fun options

I love the way this minivan handles. I love the stow n go and the flexibility it provides. I am excited to use all of the high tech options.

Watch out!! Towed twice in 2 months

Have been T& C owner for many years and totally sold. 2017 is comfortable, well priced, handles well..... but towed twice in two weeks for locked brakes and wouldn't start. Also, steering wheel sensor told me to put my hands on steering wheel while driving speed limit on interstate and not distracted! Something is wrong with computers and/or sensors. I will go so far to say the l....n word (like the ade we drink in summertime). I have lost my confidence in this vehicle. Control panel has way too many options to choose from, which is the next form of driver distraction after cell phones and conversations. The design of the dash and surrounding control areas is a hugh design error.

Best van out there

The 2017 Pacifica is the best van out there and we are super pleased with our new purchase. With an added lifetime warranty this match is in for the long haul.

800 Miles and already needing warranty repairs

We have owned the van for around 2.5 weeks and put 800 miles on it. A few days ago the warning chime that sounds when the power doors and power lift gate open and close has totally stopped working. A 2.5 week old car shouldn't already need to go back to the dealership for repairs.

Great van so far

The Pacifica is marketly better than our Dodge Caravan. It handles like a sedan. The technology inside is great. The stow n go has advanced further also.

test driven

was offered a pacific to take home to show my wife while my 2014 T&C was having blind spot modules replaced... drove approximately 15 miles home ... no problem ... drove another 5 miles with my wife when engine light came on ... called dealer was told if it wasn't : blinking " shouldn't be a problem (?) .. returning to dealership ... driving approximately 4 miles ENGINE light started to " BLINK " .. stopped car ... called dealership and "THEY " came and got me and car along side of the road ... New vehicle ... less than 72 miles on it and ENGINE PROBLEMS occurred ... needless to say I DIDN'T PURCHASE that car or any other PACIFIC

This vehicle is missing one very important thing.

Gas mileage is terrible. I measured it from a full to nearly empty tank--- 326 miles. I am a careful and frugel driver. Used 16 gallons and averaged 20.4 MPG. If I were to drive this car 100,000 miles @ 20.4 MPG, it would use 4,902 gallons. At say $3.00/gallon, would cost $14,906. A car that got 40mpg would be 1/2 of that amount. Would have purchased something else if I knew this fact beforehand. There are lots of nice cars out there that get much better mileage.

Love/hate relationship w/ my Pacifica

My 2017 Pacifica replaced my 2014 Odyssey. From a driving perspective, it?s a class or 2 above the Odyssey. It?s so much quieter and smoother to drive. However, from a functionality and reliability standpoint, it fails compared to the Odyssey. My Uconnect has many quirks and does not functionally normally. I?ve spent over 3 hrs on the phone w/ tech support but there are still many quirks that tech support can?t fix and they recommended that I take it to the dealer. Who has time for that?! The Pacifica?s interior is stylish, but it lacks many nooks and crannies for storage compared to the Odyssey. Also, all the seats are extremely difficult with car seat installation ? seat bottom reclines too much, headrest protrudes too much, latch and tether difficult to use and limited 2nd row width to accommodate 3 car seats together comfortably. The Odyssey was 1000x better in this respect. So far I?m enjoying the drive. But I miss the day to day functionality of the Odyssey.
