Our Impala is beautiful, classy and stylish. It purrs while it drives. She is quick and quiet. We love this vehicle and are very pleased.

Wanting to buy a late model used car with lots of features, I found this was a great value. I bought from Avis, a one year old 2018 Chevy Impala Premier 2LZ. Leather, V6 305 HP, Power Seats, 11-Speaker Bose Stereo, etc. I love driving it. I've put 3500 miles on it. I like it more and more. Performance is great, very responsive when the accelerator is pressed. Very quiet at all speeds. Plenty of room for four adults. We've traveled about 1000 miles with four adults inside. Comfort all around. I wouldn't buy one brand new, but used, it is a great bargain!

This car far exceeded all my expectations. The Premier version has wonderful interior details; top stitching on the dashboard; lighted trim and amazing Bose sound system. Automatic start is my way to start her up!

I have had this car since it was new. A wonderful driving experience in total comfort. The car turns heads. Mine is black tinted coat.

Had this as a rental for a week, would not buy one. Rides well, peppy, responsive, quiet, handles well. Interior is like sitting on the floor, difficult to see sitting so low (I am 5 ft 6) awkward to get in and out, lots of blind spots when looking left or right, not a car for us old folks, back up camera is good. My husband is a big guy and the bucket seats don't give him much shoulder room. Frame is very low to the ground, not good in the snow.

I would put this car up against a Mercedes any day of the week for style, comfort and driving. The car was sexy, road worth, roomy, comfortable and pure joy to drive. Took it up in the mountains and the V6 handled those mountain passes with ease.

I have a 2018 Chevrolet Impala. In the rain the rear view camera image on the dash board is very distorted (70% - 80% distorted). General Motors states only my car has that problem. They are no doubt afraid to state that there is a problem due to a class action suit. Somebody could get killed because of this mechanical engineering problem. I had a 2014 Impala and not once did I have a problem with the rear view camera image. Also, about 20% of the camera image shows the black rear bumper which reflects the clouds in the sky or the tops of trees. White bumpers could very well cause a whiteout in the rear view camera image.

I am clearly a GM guy. Owned a 94 Sunbird GT, 93 Bonneville SSEi, 03 Grand Am GT, 2011 Traverse and now a 2018 Impala LT. The Impala is by far the best sedan I have owned. The comfort, styling and power make you feel like you are in a much more expensive vehicle. I keep getting compliments on it's styling, and I couldn't agree more. Chevy, you definitely knocked this one out of the park!
