2017 Cadillac XTS consumer reviews

Best car I ever owned. Extremely reliable, very comfortable. Every time I think about upgrading, I look at it and say why….lol it’s that good. Highly recommend this automobile.

I bought this car in July 2020 w/30M...it was a rental rocket in EXCELLENT condition...tires were 8/32 so had recently been replaced before I purchased...the only repairs I've needed to do were both common with the XTS - had to replace that worthless CUE system because it froze and wouldn't respond to the DIY reset...also had spider web in the glass, another common defect...had leaks in the rear shocks, another known issue with the XTS...other than those 2 things this car has been amazing...the best Cadillac I've owned and this is my 12th one...I've been driving Cadillacs most of my adult life and this by far the best one, to the point I don't even mind having to replace the 2 items I mentioned...currently have 67M and only had to change the oil and rotate the tires

Very stylish , My family & freinds enjoy traveling in my comfortable classy vehicle. We have owned it for several years now and love it . Cadillac is a name that I trust plus most parts are American made . It’s been good so far . oh and it had great pic up .

I have owned many Luxury vehicles over the years with several of the beings Cadillacs and this one sits near the top. I bought this one owner car for my wife a few months ago with 33,000 miles on it and it's like brand new. The quality of materials is top notch and the fit and finish is second to none. The only thing I would like is a little better acceleration from dead stop. I love this car!

Over the last 30 years I have owned several Cadillacs, Lincoln’s, and Lexus—my 2017 XTS Cadillac is, without doubt, the worst of all these vehicles I have owned—I have never had a vehicle that makes so much road noise —my pickup truck is quieter!—the Cadillac is so noisy at 60 mph that you can not hear the radio—I believe a motorcycle would be quieter!—for a car in this price range I will totally not recommend this Cadillac

this car is amazing its very comfortable and smooth on the road it has NO DAMAGE / NO ACCIDENT / CLEAN TITLE / CLEAN CARFAX it has too many features in it such as : Navigation system Memory seats Heated steering wheel Rear camera Remote keyless entry Heated and cooling front , back seats Two colors interior Front and back sensors Bose studio surround sound audio feature Panoramic sunroof Bluetooth , cd , MP3 player dual usb ports Keyless Start

Terrible vehicle, has been nothing but issue after issue. From airbag replacements to transmission problems . Was without the car for 2 months, and still waiting on parts to this day. Terrible vehicle, terrible dealership, and terrible service department.

Have used this as our travel vehicle since we purchased it several years ago and it has proven to be one of the best we have owned particularly relative to its spaciousness, comfort, reliability, and economy.

This car was rarely used on the road but when it was it was so comfortable to travel in. Great backseat comfort as well. Great truck space to travel where ever you need to go.

mine is the luxury trim ,a lot of nice features but what impressed me most is the smooth ride and how quiet it is just a great car all around.
