Supeerb Automobile

What a superb automobile. This is what I have wanted in a long time. It has more bells and whistles than I really need but it is very nice to have them. Everything I marked above is definitely true and more. I would highly recommend this auto to everyone interested in buying one. Believe the right ups on this auto that others have also made.

Great suv

The car is quiet, acceleration is acceptable considering the 3 cylinder turbo charged engine. There’s enough room I the back seat for 3 adults. Rear storage is adequate. Interior controls are laid out well and the seat material is easy to clean.

Classy and comfortable!

I never owned a Buick but fell in love with the encore. I have a 2015 fully loaded All Leather - sharp two tone and classy interior, AWD and great gas mileage! Comfortable ride! I’m now considering the gx but not ready to give mine up yet!!

Trouble at 33000 mile.

Car always let in smells from the outside. They checked it out and said it was closing as it should. 33000 mile and the camshaft sensor went out. Under drive train warranty. The push button starter started acting up after the car was out of warranty and the radiator fan wouldn't shut off when the car was turned off. This happened to us 3 times. Our 3 year warranty was up at 33000 miles because we had the car for 36 months. I basically liked the car but we traded it off before the starter button and the radiator overheated on us.

Totally blown away with this car!

I purchased this car as a daily driver to keep highway miles off of my really nice vehicles (Escalade and Corvette), and to haul around our 100 LB Doberman. I have been amazed at the performance of this car with its 1.3 Liter turbo. Mine is the Encore GX ST model, which includes some convenience features you don't expect in a bare bones commuter. AWD, Automatic headlights and dimmers, heated seats, among others. no matter how hard I drive it, I get 30 MPG average, and can get more on a trip. About to turn 50k miles without a problem. Original tires are still in great shape! I will buy another one if and when this one ever wears out.

Drove NY to FL - won me over

Okay a 1.3 L with turbo doesn't sound impressive, but it got me up to highway speed just fine and scored 30 MPG the whole way. Just the wife and me...having kids along would make it too cramped, but for us the compact but well appointed cabin was comfortable and the entertainment options plentiful. Really enjoyed it over all.

Wind noise and blind spot

Wind noise from top of new encore gx. Saw this has been issue since 2015 (in forum I read). And it’s difficult to see blind spot bc of design and headrest in back seat. And no gps or Sirius XM

Most Stylish Luxury SUV Out There!

I have owned this Tech Package Essence trim Level Encore GX in Satin Steel and love the styling of it. For the $32k MSRp - $5k rebates it is probably the best value for money out there with Amazon Alexa as a new feature on this year's model. Love the Heads Up Display and great fuel efficiancy. Like all the Buicks I have leased, it is a very quiet, smooth riding vehicle. Love it!
