Awesome Car

This car exceeds all expectations, it’s comfort and luxury combined. It’s sleek and still has ample space. It has many features and amenities that my previous car did not.

Only have under 400 miles and so far love it.

It has enough room for a small car. and I'm not a small person. also has enough power. We love the color. It's the first Buick we ever had.

A fun car

I have only owned my Encore for a month, but so far so very good! It handles well, it’s comfortable, everything inside is easy to reach and use. And I think it’s cute.

Just The Car For Me

My last car was an Encore and I really enjoy the ride, comfort, and size of the car. The Encore is a nice car for long trips or just around town.

Happy with my purchase

The car is very quiet when the engine is running, since I am a petite person the size of the car is very comfortable for me. The only option that it did not have and that I would have liked is the push button rear door closer. Being petite I barely reach to close the back of the car.

This car is great. Second time purchasing a Buick

Love the car. The ONLY thing I wish they would change is the placing of the usb ports and cigarette lighter port. It is very, very hard to get to. Seems light the obly design flaw I can think of.

At 50yrs old, my first brand spanking new car!

I had seen the commercial on TV like a thousand times during the Holidays for the $49 down program with the 2019 Buick Encore (Denver). One day I decided to just go see one, that's it. Just look at it to see what one looks like and feels like in person. Surprising, even to myself, I bought it that day. I was coming out of a big Cadillac DTS Sedan with every bell and whistle imaginable including leather, heated this heated that, cooled this cooled that, every mod-con one could add to a car, most of which I never even used. This Encore has been a breath of fresh air for me. I knew I wanted out of the Caddy and all that 'glam', but I didn't want a gigantic SUV either. I thought I wanted another, maybe smaller sedan. Nope. This car is very agile, easy to drive, powerful (turbo), excellent on gas, can feel the build strength and interior quietness is quite noticeable after coming out of an older car with no sound deadening, at least not to this degree in the slightest. The safety features abound with airbags galore and featuring the Onstar system. The massive in-dash screen is fabulous and very easy to use, once you figure it out. Being able to connect ones phone to the car without even touching the phone or car screen is just, well, awesome! It will even begin playing whatever music I was listening to on my phone all by itself. Answering phone calls and even answering texts can be done without so much as a lift of a finger. It can be done with only your voice! Whhaaatt???After having leather heated seats for a few years slipping and sliding all over them, now having basic cloth seats is fantastic!! We've had cold weather since I purchased this car and not once was the car 'freezing' on the inside like it was in the Caddy or even slightly uncomfortable. I have yet to resort to wearing a parka, scarf, gloves and hat while I sit and wait for the car to heat up. Not necessary in this car. Also, while driving on icy roads or slippery conditions, not once has there been an issue there with slippage or anything. The Caddy, as big and heavy as it was would slide all over the place. This perfect little SUV, gigantic on soul and heart, due to its AWD was able to handle the icy and slippery conditions with pride and ease. Neighbors have all come to gawk at the Buick due to its size, and, like the commercials, don't believe it can be a Buick. On TV it does look tiny, but in person it's just the right size and the level of luxury apparent and unapparent, is shocking to most people. For me, one who swore to never own a new car, this has been one of the most pleasurable purchasing experiences I've ever had. Buick has been on hand via email and other communications quite frequently to provide whatever needed assistance one might need. Thank you Buick for restoring my faith in your company. While I am a single person, this car is perfect for me. A family of four or more older adults however may struggle with there being enough room to be truly comfortable for any long distance travel. That being said, you would probably not take a small car for that anyway. There is plenty of room though for 4 for an outing of sorts. Trunk space is what you would expect from a car this size. If you want tons of trunk space, well, look elsewhere. There is room enough for I'd say 8 fully loaded paper grocery bags (not counting the back seats). Again, that being said, the back seats do let down creating a cavernous amount of interior storage space if necessary. Also, those of you who do have this car, there is a neat little storage drawer under the passenger seat. Who knew? Buick has made every stride imaginable to make this car something to behold. For those of us of a particular age, you remember Buick as another Cadillacish type of car. Not anymore. This Buick stands on its own as an answer to those of us who no longer want to climb in and out of our ground based sedan, or drag out a step ladder to get in and out of an enormous SUV, or stop by the gas station every other day for our normal commuting. This Buick provides me with a Brand New vehicle, featuring the safety, modern look and feel of todays SUVs with all of the conveniences and ease of driving a much smaller package.

Great for 2 person households

I absolutely loved this car. It was perfect for me, but not for my family. Unfortunately it was too small for what we needed. The feel of luxury in such a small suv was lovely.
