A Good Family Car
I purchased this SUV pre-owned, and my family really enjoy this car. Their are some things that consumers most know. The gas mileage is poor, and it only gets about 21 miles per gallon on the interstate and that's if you are on flat land. The city mileage is better if you are cruising and not on to hard on the gas. I did have a little scare with the sunroof , there has been some reviews stating that they can leak and I did have some leaking but it was a clap on one of the drain hoses coming from the sunroof which was easily fixed. Overall its a good purchase and I would recommend it to friends and family with these things understood.

Father Knows Best
I was in the market for an entry level Mercedes or BMW SUV and test drove several. Wasn't very excited with either. I've always been a fan of German Cars and wanted to step up to luxury. So the Mercedes dealer showed me a used 2008 Infinity and I was blown away. So, after a few days of pondering what Japanese luxury SUV I would like best, I saw this Buick at the grocery store and fell in love. Got to talking with the owner and she was gaga over the thing. So I decided to test drive one. AMAZING! I decided on a CLX model and got a great deal on it. I want to say that DAD WAS RIGHT. Buick can build an amazing quality car and it really is as good if not better than the imported competition. It's time to support our American car manufactures. Don't take my word for it. Go test drive one. You will be sold too!

Pleased
Very pleased, seats could be a little more comfortable compared to our mercades 430. Enjoy it as much or more than the Mercades except for the seats. Great on trips. Wish it got a little better milage,it is all wheel drive and hiway milage is good but not so good for short runs in the city.

First Buick
I would highly recommend this car. For the price it blows away Lexus, Affinity or Cadillac crossovers. We purchased the CXL front wheel drive with a DVD system and back up camera for about $10,600.00 less than a Lexus we were looking at but about the same price as the Cadillac SRX because the SRX was an 08 model and they were disconting them a lot. The Enclave is built on a car chassy and rides very smooth. It is large enough to fit seven or eight which ever you want but not a big pig like a Tahoe, Yukon or Suburban. Gas milage has been great also. My mother went and purchased the same vehicle about 2 months after we had ours and she is giddy over it. By far the best vehicle purchase I have made. Just for reference I have purchased about 18 vehicles in my life time mostly pick up trucks but four cars and three suv's. My only knock on this vehicle is it doesn't come in a flex fuel or hybrid yet.

Best Crossover ever
If you are thinking of buying this suv but have doubts let me tell you BUY IT...I have the gold color with the tan leather cxl and i love it....ride is super quiet, has the awd which laughs at the snow and i live in michigan with plenty of it...love the overall features of everything this suv has to offer..people complain bout the 3rd row seats i guess they dont realize 3rd row seats are mainly for the kids to sit..i mean its not a mini van...only thing I dont like bout this is the gas millage per gallon..im getting mainly 16-20 but with gas down its not a issue yet lol..this is a great buy and as you know a Buick will last you forever i paid for mines outright and i will ride it til the knobs fall off which will be 300,000 miles down the road.

Overall a good car so far
I've had an 09 CX for a month now and overall am pleased - excellent styling and good features which are extras on other cars. I looked at the sister cars - Outlook, Acadia, and Traverse, and the Enclave is the best of the bunch in styling (plus the best warranty). The dash is great and the analog clock is a very nice touch. I would like it if the wood trim was a little darker (and real). Storage areas are plentify and of a useful size. This is a QUIET car!!! Essentially no road noise. The loudest thing in the car is the HVAC fan. Ride is pretty good. Seats are comfy except the head rests which point to far forward - you can not tilt them back. This is supposed to be a safety feature I believe, but I would give up a little safety for comfort. I have FWD and unforunately it exhibits a bit of torque steer under moderate or greater acceleration. I doubt the AWD does this. One thing I do not like is wind buffeting when the windows are open. You can adjust all 4 windows to lessen this, but it is still present and is irritating. All in all though, I would buy the car again (but in AWD).

(a Buick enclave cxl fully loaded in cocoa metallic with cashmere leather) i always loved the way the interior was designed. the performance and handling could be better....but im used to driving my dads aston martin DB9. so i guess its all good. my friends all love to ride around in my car. we go to the beach every day in it. get this car!

This car is excellent. It does everything I expected it to do. I looked at many many vehicles but selected this one and I'm glad I did. My wife loves the ride and room provided by this vehicle. A great choice for anyone looking for room, comfort and quality.
