Great performance at the cost of your wallet

Own this car for more than 10 years. Best performance & driving pleasure hands down compare to other SUV's (we also own Lexus GX470, Mazda CX5, Toyota Rav4 & Mitsubishi Montero Sports ). It is the poor mechanical reliability that is questionable for such a high priced SUV. I never abuse what I drive, always use it carefully & complete routine maintenance. In ten years, A/C went bad twice ($7000), front driver & passenger side window mechanism went bad, mass air flow sensor (always used 93 gasoline) & related mechanism malfunctioned ($1000), headliner started falling down around moon/sunroof (car is always garaged & never in the sun for prolonged time). Windshield wipers broke, etc, etc. Great suv, if money is not an issue. My Lexus GX & Mitsubishi Montero never have issues like this. I will personally stay away from this car.

Love This BMW

I have owned this BMW X5 3.0i for five years. Dealer repairs are quite pricey, so I found a local mechanic who can work on imports. It looks much newer than it is, is a sturdy car, handles well. Have had a lot of repairs, but the safety and style make it worth it. Would like to upgrade my dash with a newer media system, and seats could be recovered. Be prepared to get lots of looks with this car!

Very reliable! It's a sport SUV. Reliable, fun!

This is a great car fun to drive Pepe four-wheel drive very comfortable had no issues with it to report. I drove it for about a year my intentions were to flip it and sell it. The X5 is very well-made handled great! Surprisingly it had a lot of room inside and idea for tall people.

BMW X5

Practical, comfortable and worth the cost. BMW made a good car for the money! A perfect crossover for a single person or a family. Also great on gas!

Feels good & safe behind this wheel

Car meets all of my needs. Awesome traction, safe, very sturdy steering wheel handling, cool or warm, roomy but not too big & my first BMW. I live in very nice weather winter or summer, dogs are my family & we go everywhere, asphalt to rocky off roading no problem.

Great car to drive and own!

This is a comfortable, well equiped car that looks great. Fits 5 people and loads of cargp space. Drives smooth, safe, reliable. Handles well in the winter. BMW is a reliable car company and their cars last.
