Called in reference to a car I saw online. Lady who answered the phone was very rude and condescending. When I asked about financing, I was given a ridiculous number for a used car and when I expressed my concern, she hung up on me. Not sure why anyone would want to buy a car here.

This is the third time I have purchased a vehicle from Bob, his cars are well maintained and worth the money. I would highly recommend this dealership!!

Called about a vehicle listed online. Initial contact was unable to provide information. When I got the call back, spoke to another representative. When I asked about the title status of car, was accused of insulting him and then when I began to state my position, was hung up on. Questionable sales practices for a company rated so highly. Did tell them I was paying in cash, so perhaps that was not in their best interest. Not a chance in xxxx of me ever spending a dime there ever.
