Questionable car
We were shown a Toyota Sienna LE which had lots of scrapes and dings in the paint. The interior of the vehicle also had damage and when we opened the tailgate the spare tire was in the back in a plastic bag. We said the van would need extensive body work and the interior was banged up but they did not offer to lower the price to our satisfaction. They also didn't offer to show us any other vehicles. We were extremely disappointed. Stay away from this dealer!!!!

2013 Sonata Purchase
On 4/19/16 we purchased a 2013 Sonata. Zach Jaschob handled the sales part of our purchase. He did the whole deal with a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Starting with meeting us at the front door with a smile. Zach selected two vehicles for us to test drive. He was aware of what we were looking for based on several previous conversations, thus making our shopping experience less stressful, and less time consuming. Zach's suggestions and advice on the vehicles that we test drove, provided valuable information, that we used to make our selection. Very nice buying experience!!!! Thank you Zach!!!! There were a few minor things that needed attention on the Sonata. As always, Chad Jaschob, service manager, took care of all things with his caring attitude, in his friendly, courteous way. Using a scale of 1-10, if asked, our rating would be a "10", for all of the purchasing procedure that we experienced. All of the staff at the Fond du Lac Van Horn Hyundai Dealership, are friendly and courteous people to deal with.

Pulled one over on me
My husband is currently in the military and I came home and needed a car asap to get around and I was pushed into buying a car that was never inspected. There where problems from day one and they took advantage of me. They where extremely pushy and I tried multiple times to say I'm coming back later and they just kept trying to make the sale. Every time I called they where extremely rude and now my father is involved and not very happy. He used to sell cars and is very disappointed in how they did business with me. I have never been rude to them or anything and every time I called or went in they acted like they didn't wanna deal with it and where rude. I will not be buying another car from them ever again.

Keith Hopkins and the rest of the staff at Van Horn Hyundai in Fond du Lac was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Keith was incredibly patient and willing to help with everything I ask for including financing and maintenance care.

Excellent
I am based out of Madison, WI. It was well worth the trip to work with Kayla and Keith. It was a fantastic experience as they were able to help me get out of a vehicle that was buried with negative equity. The majority of the process was by phone since I live almost 2 hours away. They treated me like a local and worked my trade and deal hassle free. When I arrived, they were kind and had everything ready to go. If that isn't enough, their prices on vehicles are more than competitive. Almost too good to be true compared to prices in my area. Thanks a lot!
