New Car!
I recently purchased a new Honda CRV from Auto Nation Lithia Springs and I love it. I was not really interested in any Honda vehicles when I arrived to the dealership, I had been looking at other pre-owned vehicles. Steve Shaddox was my salesperson and he was very patient and helpful during the process. He showed me vehicles that were within my price range and gave me the opportunity to test drive different vehicles to see what type and size I was looking for. He convinced me to try the Honda CRV and I was impressed with the size and details it had to offer so I decided to purchase it. The next step in purchasing the vehicle was not as promising, I had a couple of mishaps with the finance department and had to call back several times after my purchase to get things finalized.

The staff and Service Manager were very helpful and understanding . Imagine having to have your car repaired right after Christmas. The service manager explained everything in detail and kept our cost at a minimum which was a huge relief. We will be using Honda as our go to service from now on. We trust them and are very satisfied!

Best buying experience
My husband & I have bought several cars from Autonation & every time we’re treated like family. Fabio is the best sales person. He always makes sure that everything is checked off on our wants & must-haves list; from safety to new features. We spoke to him prior to going in & once we met with him in store he had several cars for each of us lined up to test drive. Fabio worked well with Gina & Caria to ensure we got the best deal, and interest rate. After the purchase he even checked up on us to ensure that we still loved our cars (that’s right we bought two when we only went in for one, that’s how awesome he is) as much as we did when we left the lot. Can’t wait to return next time to upgrade our vehicles, hopefully Fabio will be in management by then. He’s well suited for it.

I have recently purchased new Honda CR-V EX here.
It was nice experience buying car in AutoNation Honda Thornton Road. When I posted query about new car buying then I immediately got a call from Sales person i.e Maurice who clarified all my concerns and quires. Then we went to show room and Maurice Calhoun took us through process of purchasing and made our first day very wonderful. All the staff treated us very well. It was very smooth process. Thanks to Maurice and Finance manager and all staff members who helped us to make happy in taking out our new car.
