We went to purchase a car that we saw online. It truly was a one of a kind. Older car with extremely low milage. What we planned on spending is exactly what we spent. They worked with us and we worked with them and we both were happy. I definately recommend them.

After an extensive search online for a used convertible, me and my girlfriend were able to narrow down the field to 2 cars: The Audi A4 Cabriolet and the VW EOS (model years 08-10. What brought me to make the trip to Ridesmart was the fact that they had several A4s and one EOS listed at below average prices compared to similarly equipped vehicles. After a test drive with Dan and a more than pleasant discussion with Joe, we decided to purchase the 08 VW EOS. All aspects of the process and financing options were exceptionally explained and we got a great hardtop convertible at a fair price. It's been almost two months since our purchase, on a crisp Feb 20th night and we are absolutely enjoying all the beautiful weather with the top down. Thanks again guys!

I can't say enough positive things about my buying experience last week with RideSmart. Joe, the Owner, and Fran, a car specialist, helped me with my car choice, and really made me feel that I had found a dealer who still knows how to make used car sales and tradeins a pleasure. Joe was excellent in his negotiations, straightforward and an impeccable professional. Moreover, he treated me with respect, which from the viewpoint of a woman consumer, is indeed rare in this industry. I love my new (used) MINI and I'm glad I traded my BMW in to Joe and RideSmart. They really employ the human touch to make a connection guaranteed to have me return when I want another car.

I was looking for a used Mini, I found one on the internet at Ride Smart. I drove up about 70 miles away, worth the ride. Small dealership great inventory alot of good quiality cars. No presure sales everyone was friendy and easy to deal with. When I got there nobody was around except the lot man who takes care of the vehicles. He got the keys to show me the car. Everybody was just great to deal with.

I was in the market for an 09 Hyundai Sonata Limited after my car(same model)was totalled in an accident. Ridesmart happened to have exactly what I was looking for with very low miles, but priced more than what I was prepared to spend. I sent an email offering 3k less than the advertised price and was promptly responded to by Dan. Although my offer was lowball he did not respond in a negative way. Rather, he responded by asking if I was a Wholesaler and said if I was willing to meet them somewhere in the middle that it might work. That response led to my visiting their car lot to see the vehicle. The vehicle was not my first color choice but was "Perfect" in shape inside and out, exactly as described. Joe the finance manager was there to greet me as well as Dan. Both were very professional and courteous. We settled on an amount $1,500 less than their asking price, which was more than fair after I got to see and drive this vehicle. Joe mentioned that they guarantee their pricing to any dealer within a 200 mile radius for like car/miles. To top off a great price and sale..per my request.. both Dan and Joe drove and delivered my car the next day, to my work place in Glenside and we finished signing the paperwork. You try and find a dealer willing to do that to make a sale easier and smooth for their customers. Thank you very much Dan & Joe for making this buying decision so easy and non-pressured. I will be sure to recomend anyone interested in a quality used vehicle to your business.

After an extensive search for an Audi A4 quattro convertible, I decided to make a call to RideSmart Auto and that weekend make the 150 mile trip up to Willow Grove, PA from Washington, DC. I found Joe and team to be very personable and professional - they also had a great set of inventory the weekend I visited. Despite the small size of the lot, they appear to do a rather good job of specializing in certain automobiles they know well (e.g. Audi convertibles) rather than casting a wide net without interest. This gave me a better sense of trust in the process. Buying a car is never an easy process; however, I found the process at RideSmart to be as smooth as one could hope for. I was able to choose a car, test drive, arrange financing & insurance and drive off the lot on the same day without incident. They understand that people often go quite far out of the way to deal with their lot (for good reason), so they do their best to ensure that you can leave satisfied. Still enjoying the car - especially with 62-degrees today in DC.

We purchased an 06 Z4 today and couldn't be happier! I have been researching and shopping for a sporty convertible for some time and found Joe to be the most responsive and professional dealer of all that we visited. We traveled 250 miles to visit the dealership and wound up driving our "new" car off the lot after our first visit. Joe was very easy to work with, no pressure, and seemed genuinely concerned with helping us make an informed decision about our purchase. After driving the car home (250 miles) I am thrilled with it! There were no surprises or misinformation, car was exactly as described and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this dealership!

This place is the best! I called on Thursday night and by Saturday I was driving my new truck off the lot. This place has a stunning selection of cars. Although it looks small it Is NOT a dealer that will try to rip you off. I purchased a 2007 Dodge Dakota from Joe just the other day. The car is in perfect condition, like brand new, I couldn't have asked for anything better. I think the thing that Ride Smart does best is they don't make you feel uncomfortable. It's not like a big dealership where they pull you in run your credit right away and try and sell you the most expensive car on the lot. The gentlemen there are real people, like you. They know cars are expensive and they want to get you the best deal possible. Not only was I given the best loan offer I received, but Joe actually sat me down and showed me everything that every single lender offered me. He showed me that I was getting the best deal possible. He helped me get my own insurance and everything done so perfect. They offer a fantastic warranty plan, and it is just perfect! I would recommend this dealer to anyone out there. From all the staff I met there they are all honest, real, funny , caring people. From the lot man to the owner every single second I spent at Ride Smart I felt comfortable. Highly Recommended!!
