Quirk Chrysler Jeep

this was the best dealership we have ever dealt with.I work in a hair salon and have told my clients and friends what an awesome dealership.everyone was so nice and friendly.i loved working with charles what a nice man.i would definately buy another vehiclr here.

This was the best car buying experience I ever had in over 25 years. Howard Rubin and Phap Tran worked well as a team and we probably did the deal in record time. Pricing was negotiated over a call and paperwork signed onsite and picked up next day. Phap took the extra effort to ensure we were very satisfied.

We were greeted at the door by Roman Davies who immediately asked if we were having a good day (not your normal car salesman talk). Since I had researched the car I was interested in online, we informed him of the make/model inventory number that we came to see and test drive, if possible. The staff was in the process of moving cars to prepare for one of the big snow storms we had during January. In spite of all the moving around, Roman arranged to have the specific car we mentioned brought to the door in a matter of minutes ready for our test drive. After the test drive, we dedided it was the car for us. We were very impressed with Roman and wanted to do business with Quirk based on our quickly established relationship with him (which included sharing dog stories and pictures)! After the usual price discussion with Roman, Eric was called in to finalize the deal. Then Don explained the different warranty packages available. Don left us so we could talk privately, then returned after we had decided to get an extended warranty package. We picked up our new car two days later (after the big storm). We must say that despite the drive from the Northshore to Quincy, our our new Jeep Patriot purchase was one of the best car dealership experiences we have had - and we have had a number of them.

I had a great expierence buying my first car with Quirk Jeep. I started this process emailing with Howard Rubin, he was very quick to respond to my email, had answers to my questions regarding a few cars when we spoke on the phone and had me come in to see the cars. I worked with Mark on the sales floor. He was very easy to work with. Don Badger was very knowlegable on my financing and answered all of my questions as this was my first time buying a car. I would def recommend Quirk jeep to my friends and will return when I need my next car.

We purchased a grand cherokee and I have to say that these guys were great! Charles was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle he took the time to go through all the details and answer all our questions.

Went to Quirk Jeep because I am a returning customer and my lease was running out.Met Salesman Billy Wong,who took me out on a couple test drives and listened to what I wanted.After some negotiating,both myself and the dealership were very happy about the new lease deal we got done.

quirk jeep is super, from the minute i walked in i was greated by roman davies and he listened to what i needed and git me the jeep wrangler of my dreams. when it came to price roman introduced me to the manager sam and he worked with me to get me the price i needed. after i had bought the jeep which i got to take home that day i was then introduced to the top manager eric was was just as nice as roman and sam. i would recomend quiork jeep to all of my friends and family. thank you so much roman.

we stopped at quirk because my husband bought 3 new trucks from this dealership and had no problems. we looked around at other makes and dealers but ended up buying a new jeep liberty limited. we had a great salesman, very helpful and charles went the extra mile to get what we wanted and needed to buy this vehicle. they were all very helpful and friendly and believe me we didnt leave with the car until we knew how everything worked. i will say,that i will always go back to quirk for whatever car i want to buy especially jeep, and will always go to charles,thanks
