Service was Great ‼️‼️Didn’t have to wait long to get my SUV back. Service tech provide a great service. Wonderful atmosphere there. I would definitely recommend one of my friends to go buy car here.

Jim Reed was great to work with. He made the process seamless and painless. The staff was very friendly and the Starbucks coffee machine is a huge plus for customers!

After a month long search and many disappointing deals I came across a beautiful Cadillac DTS at Hendrick Toyota of Wilmington and an amazing angel of a salesperson. Enter...Molly. She quickly gathered any and all requested information on the vehicle all while staying in constant contact with me. The tone of interaction was one of what you would expect from two childhood best friends! She is such a personable individual! We worked through the process of trying to get the sale made on the Cadillac, but due to some mechanical issues with car the sale needed to be canceled. The dealership said that they wouldn't feel comfortable selling a vehicle with issues. Kudos to them! Molly genuinely felt sorry for the incident because she knew how much I wanted the vehicle. So we went our separate ways as I looked for another vehicle. Molly continued to look for vehicles she thought I might have interest in and sent them over for consideration. She is so thoughtful! About a week later I came across a beautiful red Lexus in an online search that caught my eye. Low and behold, it was at the same dealership as Molly!!! So, I went through all of my old texts and found her contact info. I contacted her and it immediately felt like talking to an old friend again! Once again, Molly worked quickly to gather all of the info on this new vehicle. If I had any questions she immediately got answers for me. She took new pictures of anything I had questions on and (you guessed it)immediately sent them to me! She took multiple pictures of the engine bay, interior, exterior and even underneath the vehicle. My wife requested pictures of the back seats being buckled and of the headrests because we have "littles" and Molly got us the perfect pictures! She even took specific photos of the little imperfections and sent them over to me so I wouldn't have any surprises. So very grateful for that, considering I never even asked her to do this. Maybe I should mention at some point that I'm purchasing from out of state.....oops! Molly quickly got all of the paperwork handled with Matt (also another amazing individual)and presented it to me. We quickly found an amazing figure with vehicle transportation included and went ahead with the sale. This entire experience was so incredibly stress free and facilitated by an amazing group of people( sorry if i left anyone out)at Hendrick Toyota of Wilmington!!! Molly....you are an incredible, amazing, professional and kindhearted person! You feel like part of our family now and we are so grateful to you! For those of you wondering if you should buy a vehicle from this dealership....I say that you would be foolish not too! Go see Molly and let her help you find the perfect vehicle for your family! Just bought a Toyota Corolla from Hendrick’s in Wilmington. Great experience. Great phone consultations before going in, then my salesman was Travis Beattie. Wow, what a great guy. Didn’t feel as much like a salesman as a new friend. Great advice! No push, just honesty . Hadn’t planned to buy a car that day, but, honestly, the Exact car I wanted was sitting on the lot. Arrived that day! So,…. I bought it. Good , satisfactory negotiation. Very happy.
