I had my old car repaired at Lewisville Mitsubishi, and they were awesome, but the buying experience is the best! Frank was amazingly helpful without pressuring. Best experience I have ever had buying a car.

The car is in my husbands name, but I (Hannah) was the one who handled the buying process with Basaam. Basaam was absolutely the best customer service experience anybody could ever have! He went above and beyond from first contact to car delivery. He was a gentleman always, and could not have been more compensating. When it comes time to purchase again, we know we will not have to look anywhere else. I am a registered nurse at a large hospital and will let all my peers know about my awesome experience! They, especially Basaam, could not have done a better job! Plus, I love my Volvo! 💗😊💗
