Daniel was very friendly and thorough.

Daniel was very friendly and thorough. He was professional and nice. I appreciated that he was aware of how long I had been there (been waiting). He took the time to go over why I was there and what I wanted to have done on my car. I liked getting text messages that provided status of my car. Great communication. Thank you Daniel for a good experience.

Lea did a great job determining what issues needed

Lea did a great job determining what issues needed repaired on my truck and was able to squeeze me into their very busy schedule much sooner than originally quoted. Brenda also did a great job once I dropped off the truck for service on Saturday. She addressed all my issues with my truck and then honestly explained that some issues may need to be addressed by a higher level tech during the week and therefore they would possibly need the truck for a few days. She arranged for a rental car in case I needed one. Luckily Brenda called later that same day and said the truck was repaired and ready to be picked up! Great job from the service department!

Awesome service

Their service manger Gregory Stebbins is awesome. He is very knowledgeable about all their cars, friendly, he explains everything they will do, he keeps you informed during your service process, he?s very friendly and personable. I just moved here from the East Coast and I had a big issue that needed repair and I came here and I won?t go anywhere else in the future for any work on my Jeep.

Short Of The Mark

Brought vehicle for 2 issues: coolant power flush (due to gurgling noise unheard before), and diagnosis of 1) Engine light on, and 2) Aux Cooling fan running after just a few miles of use.

Jeep Renegade Desserthawk Trailhawk

Service on my Jeep was satisfactory within 5 business days. The details such as pictures, texts, follow up phone calls from Kolin were very helpful and valuable to have a full understanding of the process. I appreciated that Kolin offered to beat the price of a Cotsco quote to get my new tires on my Jeep. It saved me a trip. I would give Kolin a Five Star review. I can see him going far on his career there and I wish him the best!?? Kolin passed me the prices of the weather stripping for my front windows since I complained about a whistle noice on high speed that the front windows make. The test driver couldn?t find any, which is a bit strange. The car was in the shop for about 5 business days. I would suggest if the test can be made on different days since it is a wind related issue, maybe they could have find the issue. Sometimes I have to turn up my music, so it could distract me a little from the loud whistle noise when there is at least a breeze outside. The quote for the weather stripping was about $1,200 to purchase the parts, which I think it?s outrageous. I decided to ask my in-law if he could only add some glue or something on the gaps for a more affordable, but temporary solution and repair. I appreciate Kolin looking into the details to see the pricing to order the parts. Please, I should suggest to add an automatic free car wash for services that are over a $1,000. I asked for a car wash if it was available, and it was, but wasn?t done. No big deal though. I think it should be offered automatically as an appreciation to the customers. Overall I give a 4 star review. Thank you very much and see you next time.

Great for service!

Thankful that they were able to fit me into the busy schedule at the service center. It did mean leaving my car there for a week, but it worked because we just did it over vacation. They were in contact with us on when they found the problem, ordered the part, and fixed it. Highly recommend!
