Had a great experience bringing my car into the

Had a great experience bringing my car into the dealership today, we were only programming another key. I was told it would take an hour and a half. I was out of there in 45 minutes and I got two new ducks to put on my dashboard!

Bought a 2024 Hornet R/T Samir responded quickly to my online request and and very promptly answered my questions, got me a quote and booked an appointment. Once at the dealership everyone involved in the transaction worked seamlessly to get the paperwork processed and get us on our way. They also completed the purchase of one of our cars while processing the new car paperwork. This was the smoothest car purchase and car sale I have ever experienced.

Dan took great care of me and my RAM.

Dan took great care of me and my RAM. The service department folks were kind, professional and answered all my questions. Dan even took the time to pop my hood before I left to ensure that my oil level was spot on. (I had a negative experience at a different dealership service department last time I was in for service.) Great communication and great waiting area. They had me in and out very quickly. Thanks Dan and your team.

Z and Paul were awesome to deal with.

Z and Paul were awesome to deal with. They were super friendly and relatable and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Z responded to my email and texted me about the jeep. He was not pushy like other dealers. Paul is hella cool to deal with and explained everything around the financing and stuff.

Dropped off at roseville.

Dropped off at roseville. They were never the one to reach out other than a couple of vague pictures and description. I was the one who had to call for an update and 2 times Brenda had no clue what I was talking about and took longer than normal to find out a solution. She said my truck would be detailed since they had to verify the water leak was resolved. She wasn?t there and received my truck with handprints everywhere and not cleaned as she said it would be. Looks like corners were cut just to move down the line.
