Fantastic Sales Experience
I just had the pleasure working with Besel Saad and all the great staff at BMW of North Haven and what a fantastic experience it was. I was in the market for a 2013 CPO 328i and was set to pull the trigger on a car closer to my home in the Hartford area when I received a call from BMW of North Haven. After discussing a possible deal on the phone I made the 1/2 trip the next morning. 1 hour later the deal was done. 4 days later I was driving home in my 2013 328ix. The whole process was a breeze. I would highly recommend Basel for his knowledge and courteousness to anyone looking to purchase a new or CPO BMW. I have not used the service dept. as of yet but I am sure the they will operate in the same manner

Superb Sales Experience
Today I realized a dream and own a BMW 528xi. To a very large degree this is due to the expertise and knowledge of the Client Advisor Richard Zwiebel. A week before the test drive and purchase I located the car on the website. I e-mailed my request for information and was pleasantly surprised to get a call very quickly. My questions were answered and I set up an appointment for a test drive with Richard. When we arrived he was waiting for us. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and patient - really took his time and explained everything. Never any rush. He let us take a great ride not only in the vehicle I had interest in but also in another model so that I could compare. He never rushed us, never pressured us and the experience was wonderful. Richard is very professional and he knows these cars, and more importantly can anticipate your questions and what you are seeking in a car. Two days later I called and bought the car - its outstanding in every way and my experience at this dealership was first class. Bravo Richard - thanks for helping a dream come true - you are magic!

In the search for a new car, BMW of North Haven was referred to me and I was told to see Basel Saad. I had the pleasure of working with Basel and he was by far the absolute best to deal with. First time bought BMW and impressed with services
Me and my wife has been only driving Mercedes for the last 20 years and was always going to MB North Haven, they were always helping us and we were very impressed. First time in our life we decided to go and check BMW and we were impressed with the services, help and PRICE REDUCTION to make it very close to our offer, so we bought BMW first time. This was the convertible BMW and I like it very much. I drove a Porsche Boxster for over 3 years, but liked this one (where my triplet sons can fit in) and also in nice roof. We were very satisfied with all the employees, everyone helped us and provided all kind of information and completed all the processes in very reasonable time. We arrived around 10:30 am and I was driving back with my FIRST BMW right around 1:30 PM, with licence plates and all transfers etc. Mr. Saad helped us a lot and we really want to say thanks to him for spending so much time on us and providing all the details. First time someone took the husband and wife picture with this BMW before we took it home first time. I picked up my daughter from school and took a ride on BMW first time and were impressed and were very happy. My triplets sons also took a ride after their school first time without any roof/top and they loved it. My daughter had be promise to remember buy her first convertible BMW once she gets the licence after 4 years. We all are happy and very satisfied so far using BMW first time. Since we have 4 kids my wife have to have a 6/7 passenger car and since day one of my first daughter we are only using Mercedes. We have Mercedes GL 450 since we got triplets and we all are very satisfied with that very secure Mercedes. From Mr. Saad we came to know that first time 6/7 passenger BMW will be launched in 2016 and we will definitely review that to see if our family likes it. Friendly, very helpful, patient staff
This is my first BMW and I live closer to Hartford but North Haven was recommended and I've been very happy with my experience. Steven went out of his way to make sure he answered all my questions and even walked with me to my car to show me (some things that I had asked about) Megan called to follow up the next day to make sure that I was happy with my Service.

A+ BEST BMW DEALERSHIP
My husband and I have been customers at the North Haven BMW for 15 years, having both leased and purchased vehicles there. The facility is state-of-the-art, immaculate, and professionally operated but it's the people that make it special. Through the years, all our purchases and leases have been done with Basel Saad and he has taken excellent care of us. Basel is different, he takes the time to get to know you, to know what you need, what you like and dislike and consequently, he can anticipate your preferences before you've even thought of them. I recently acquired my fourth BMW and I absolutely LOVE IT! I never would have looked at this car, the new 3 Series GT, because I assumed it was too small. Thanks to Basel, I learned that it was actually larger than my previous 528xi and the larger backseat and trunk space were better suited for my current needs. Basel knew before I did that this was exactly what I wanted. Never, however, did Basel ever make me feel pushed, rushed or "sold to" in any of our dealings. Of course, he knows the vehicles inside and out, but unlike typical salesmen, he doesn't try to "sell you". Basel builds relationships; he's truly interested in you and he's devoted, accommodating, gracious and always goes the extra mile on your behalf. With Basel, we've never experienced any hassles like last minute surprises, hidden fees, unexplained terms or other nonsense that can arise when acquiring a vehicle. Basel has integrity, a scarce quality these days. Whether you purchase or lease a car, he stays in touch with you, making himself available to assist with anything you need. The dealership stays in touch too. After I got the car, BMW's Encore service contacted me to ensure that I understood, and therefore would use, all the many functions in the vehicle. Even returning to the dealership for service or repair is a pleasant experience. There's always a variety of coffees, soft drinks and snacks to consume as well as televisions, magazines and free Wi-Fi to entertain you while you wait. If you prefer, they'll arrange for a free rental vehicle to get you on your way and they always wash your car. For service, I personally prefer to work with Jerry as he is exemplary at what he does. Simply put, the entire experience is a joy because they do all the work to get you what you want, where and how you want it and they keep you happy thereafter. At this dealership, you're not just buying a car, you're becoming a valued member of a BMW family.

battery needed to be checked
Battery was checked and replaced. It was the original battery, and my dashboard was reading 'increased battery discharge.' Thus, the appointment to have the battery checked.
