The sales guy that helped me out was great (thanks Sal!

The sales guy that helped me out was great (thanks Sal!). I was pretty decided on what I wanted so skipped the whole “finding a car” process. Called in advance and when I got there it was pulled up out front for me to test drive. Sal was friendly and offered water and they had snacks which was great for my 8 year old (it would be cool if there was a TV or some kid legos or magazines or something but not a big deal, he had his tablet). Manager that helped out towards the end of the process was great as well, very helpful and kind. Waited a few days to give a review just to make sure everything went ok, and the car is indeed holding up just fine (2019 jeep compass). There is a small problem with the headlights that I’m sure wouldn’t have been noticed by them (took me three days of driving to notice it myself) where they won’t turn off and fog lights don’t turn on, but for buying a used car that’s to be expected. Reached out about the headlights today to see if there’s anything they would be able to help with, while not obligated to help at all by any means, a different place I bought my last car from was able to help when I experienced tire problems 2 days after buying a car from them, so worth a shot. I’ll update the review on how it goes with the headlight, but so far I’d highly recommend em!

The dealership was easy to work with.

The dealership was easy to work with. We agreed on a price for the car, and my trade-in, over the phone. I spent less than an hour in the dealership completing paperwork. The vehicle I bought has been great.

Bought a used car from out of state after a video

Bought a used car from out of state after a video walk-around, exactly as advertised. Everything was very professional. Only thing that could have been done better was the price increased by $5K after I started inquiring. Perhaps market fluctuation is common but still this much adjustment is not really acceptable IMHO. Ultimately they did bring the price back down close to the original advertised price, so I can't complaint too much. Communication was excellent. Staff were all pleasant. Delivery was quite fast.

Bought from a distance. 998 miles away. Mike Wallace was personable, easy going and served our interests well. Extra effort was taken to make this a safe, pleasant and satisfactory experience. The car proved to be a great purchase which was difficult to secure in seven prior attempts at other sites. Delivery was flawless. I will keep in contact with them as I believe they have good vehicles at very fair prices.

Best Buy of A Lifetime!

My wife and I recently purchased a Class B camper van from Quality Auto Center, and it was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase we have had in over 50 years of buying vehicles, including autos and rv's. We worked primarily with Laura, but Christian was "at our service" as well. Laura was very patient, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. She stayed in almost daily contact with us reporting the results of the many questions we asked of her. She's a keeper! We drove the two hours to Lynnwood convinced we would be driving our "new" camper van home, simply because Laura had convinced us that this was the one we had been searching for three month to find. She was right! The van was sparkling clean and ready to roll when we arrived. Paperwork was a quick breeze and her orientation informative. This auto center impressed us in the obvious quality of the vehicles on the lot. One could immediately conclude these guys are proud of the products they sell and the physical and philosophical environment in which they do so. We love our van and are very grateful to Laura and Christian for their assistance in helping us throughout this potentially high-anxiety purchase. Many thanks, you two!

A very smooth transaction handled by professionals, with no additional pressure. Dealership was immaculate, as was the car! They take pride in sourcing clean, uniquely optioned, or small production sports cars. As an out-of-state buyer I had to rely on pictures, carfax, and my sales executive to answer my questions. He couldn't have done a better job. I flew up and drove home the same day without a hitch.

Do not purchase if you live out of state!

Just purchased a beautiful Mercedes Benz from Laura. I live out of state on the east coast & Laura communicated very well. I give one star due to me purchasing my car which I arranged & paid for my own transportation pick up on a Friday, & the dealership sent the car with NO temporary tags, or paperwork. Unfortunately I’m unable to drive my car due to this. I was advised I wasn’t given a tag because I didn’t “drive it off the lot” per the manager Christian. If you live out of state, I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership.

Great experience

What a great experience. Super helpful was able to do a lot over the phone before arriving. Once I was at the store, what a gorgeous showroom. Everyone was nice and it was quick to get all the paper work done.
