I recently purchased a 2010 Honda Accord from this location, with assistance from Ron, after calling in to request more information about the vehicle I viewed online. Ron cleaned up the vehicle and readied it for an immediate test drive as I drove onto the lot; I was highly suprised by his professionalism and etiquette. Additionally, I traded in a vehicle that was recently damaged by a collision, an event that I initially thought would severely impede my trade-in ability and purchasing process. I was wrong. Ron guided me through the insurance claims process, coordinated the trade-in for the damaged vehicle, and informed me on other important information. As a person with relatively low car-buying experience, Ron guided me through the sales process and gave me great tips that not only pertained to car-buying, but loans across all facets of life. My imagined nightmare of buying a car with a damaged trade-in was turned into an extremely smooth process. I highly recommend working with Ron Garcia and Bryan Honda.

I used USAA Car Buying Service which gave me Bryan Honda as one of the certified dealerships. I was very pleased with my salesman Ron Garcia. I was able to work the entire negotiations/purchase online through emails and telephone calls. He gave me a fantastic out the door price, including accessories, installation and taxes/fees, for less than USAA Pricing before all of that. Ron Garcia was extremely helpful and promptly responded to my emails. I was able to use VIP Express Checkout, all the paperwork was ready to be signed when I arrived, which allowed me to spend less than one hour at the dealership to complete everything and I was out the door and driving my new car. Went out of his way to find Car we wanted and color my wife wanted. When car came, he set up appointment to pick it up And explain all the features and how they worked.
