VW of South Charlotte is my one and only stop to buy/lease a vehicle; hands-down. Having bought/lease many vehicles this dealership is among the best in my experience; especially relative to their consistency. Since 2017 I just took delivery of my fourth new VW SUV from the dealership. The team I worked with this time is the same team I worked with since 2017. My five stars goes to Kwasi Ansong, Chris Hand, and Brandon Douglas. I bought during Covid-19 quarantine. I did not have to leave my home at all through the entire process; and Chris brought the paperwork and vehicle to my home. I trust and greatly respect Kwasi, Chris and Brandon for not only their expertise and customer service, but for their honestly and total commitment to their customer. I will be back for another in a few years and look forward to working again with not salespersons, but friends. Oh, I must add a family member bought a new SUV just two weeks prior to me, and were treated to the same excellent service, support, and follow through I've come to expect. Thanks Kwasi, Chris and Brandon for all, and for keeping me safe with excellent Covid-19 protocols.
