I Was Able to Get The 2025 Chevy Tahoe That I Wanted From The Color To The Leather Captains Seats. Most importantly, I Stayed in My Budget. Sales Man Juan Bermudez Made All This Happen In One Day. The First Time I Was Able To Go in And Out of a Car Dealership. Good Job Mr. Bermudez.

Sent car here for diagnosis after it shut off was told it

Sent car here for diagnosis after it shut off was told it was a sensor so I had the dealer change they took it on a test drive after repair and called saying it jumped timing and now I need a motor and wouldn?t crank back up I think my engine was damaged at the dealer

We had the absolute worst experience with Parks

We had the absolute worst experience with Parks Chevrolet. We live three hours from the dealership. We had been communicating with one of the sales representatives and were told that the Toyota Sequoia that we were interested in was still available at 10 AM. We headed to the store and after three hours of travel, we were told that it was under contract by other people who walked in 30 minutes prior. The other people purchased the car. We were told at that time if we had put a deposit down they would’ve held the car for us. We were never told about the possibility of putting down a deposit. This dealership has wasted our entire day and we will never purchase a car from them. Am my opinion, it is some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

I recently traveled 250 miles to this dealership with a

I recently traveled 250 miles to this dealership with a deal already prepared on paper, expecting a smooth process. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The vehicle we came to purchase had more miles than advertised and visible dings and chips, which were not disclosed beforehand. Instead of addressing these issues, the sales manager (Jim) brought up the fact that we were trading in our 8-year-old truck in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, even though the details of the trade-in were already known. After traveling such a long distance, we felt like we had no choice but to accept the car as-is or leave empty-handed. It was disappointing, to say the least, given that we had a deal prepared ahead of time. It seemed like our concerns were brushed aside, and the sales manager’s attitude left us feeling undervalued as customers. On a positive note, Carlos, our salesperson, was fantastic and did his best to make the experience better. However, the poor handling by the sales manager overshadowed the visit. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously to improve the customer experience in the future.

I had made an appointment with this dealership to have a recall fixed and when I got there, they asked me if I wanted to have my service done as well. since it was my first service in my new truck, I said sure. after being there over 2 hours, they said I was good to go. once I got home, I noticed oil dripping from under my truck where they didn't clean from draining it. then I noticed my lug nuts were still nasty with mud so that told me they didn't rotate my tires even though the paperwork said they did. I would never ever go back to this dealership in my life.

CJ and tre are the best go check them out just when I thought I wouldn’t get ma a car CJ did his thing and Tre the finance Manger they definitely went above and beyond to assure I drove off the lot they are very understanding information and pleasant not only did I just meet them I laughed and actually had a great time and experience I got emotional as heck because I’ve been trying for 2 1/2 months and every where I went before said no and Parls Chevorlet in charlotte on ikea blvd Said yes On 3/1/24 I became the owner of the 21 ford edge so y’all go check them out ask for CJ you won’t be disappointed I promise you that If they did it for me I know they will do it for you ( unless what you want they don’t have) but they will and can do everything they can to get you what you want My name is Miriam W And I love everything about Parks Chevrolet And CJ And Tre are the absolute best

Chevy sales

My visit was very pleasant. My wife and I have bought new cars throughout the years. This experience was by far the best we have had. Joe Jukofsky Was very well prepared and efficient and friendly. Our experience was fantastic all the way through.
