Had multiple things that needed repaired on my X7.

Had multiple things that needed repaired on my X7. Hendrick put me in an Uber that they paid for so they could have my car for a few days. That was a nice touch.

I brought our X3 in for its annual inspection, brake

I brought our X3 in for its annual inspection, brake fluid service, and oil change. I was given a new 2025 3 series as a loaner while the service was being done. Once the service was completed Hendrick sent a video review of their findings which is a nice touch. My Service Advisor Gillian Koneval was thorough and knowledgeable. I will definitely be contacting Kendrick and Gillian again for future services.

Excellent service from Jesse and the entire team. GREEKIE squad is Excellent. The dealership has the cars! I buy my car here and have it serviced regularly at this dealership.

I had made an appointment for an oil change.

I had made an appointment for an oil change. The service manager that I had been assigned to was not there so they reassigned me to Ben Trask. He was more than fantastic! He politely and professionally shared with me the process an updated me periodically. I waited in the customer lounge and was able to utilize the Wi-Fi and do some work on my computer. They provided complementary drinks and even snacks. I also had them look at one of my tires and they provided a video of what they saw! What awesome customer service! When I checked out with Ben Trask, he was the most professional, kind, efficient service manager I?ve ever encountered. Overall, the experience at Hendrick BMW was fantastic! I highly recommend that dealership!

First of all, I would like to give my appreciation for the professional and warm welcome, that was given. The sales agent (Steven) took his time showing me two different X3's, which were extremely nice. He answered all of my questions and more.. In short, I bought a NEW X3 2025 ?
