In 2006 I bought a 2003 Ford Focus.. it was one of the best cars I've ever owned. So when, I was looking for another good car.. I went back to East Side Auto. In July 2019 I found a 2017 Buick Verano.. I loved it. Then things started to make me change my mind. Issue after issue after issue. This place does minimal work to get the vehicles running.. I regret ever going back to this place. I can only hope that this xxx car they sold me blows up. EAST SIDE AUTO... I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

Horrible experience. I bought a few cars from East side auto many times before. This time around I was looking for a car for my 16 year old daughter we saw a Volkswagen that she liked that was in the price range. I went and asked one of their salesman what was wrong with the car. He said just slight hail damage. I asked him if there is anything wrong with the car and everything is fixed that should be because there was a “ done“ writing on the windshield. He stated that it was all checked out mechanically. He lied to me straight to my face a car I bought for $5400 and needs over $3600 in repairs. I bought quality good cars that lasted us in my family a long time from this place but I don’t know what’s going on is if the economy that he sales people areAre lying to you straight to your face about vehicles. They used to be trustworthy but I no longer will ever buy a vehicle from East side auto again. I called the very next day when I found out about all the repairs the car needs and talk to the salesman that sold me the car all he had to say was well “ I guess that’s why you check out the car before you buy it right” Very wrong!

Me and my family have bought three different cars from this seller. Every single one has been absolutely amazing. All of their cars go through state inspections which makes the buying process a little longer but very worth it. Customer service is astounding as well! I will continue buying cars from here as I need.

What a refreshing car buying experience. Browse the cars, test drive, no pressure. The price is the price, and a good value. The place is not fancy, which is actually good - I am not being charged for a showroom. Buying was also easy - so pressure from some fiance dude pushing high margin crap at you ("fabric Protection", Paint Protection", etc). Just an honest process. And no outrageous "doc fee". Ladies in titling are also super nice. Had the car 3 months now, and had one repair issue that was taken care of pronto at the local dealer, and covered by East Side. Great customer service. That's when you know a place is the real deal - when an issue arises. Most of their cars have branded titles - a proposition that may not be for everyone. But if you can live with a branded title, this is a great place to go.

I sent multiple inquiry messages over the month and never received a call or email back. I was quite interested in multiple vehicles there but never got contacted even though I had serious purchase intent.

Do Not buy a car from this dealer or you will regret it. They hid the title from me when I purchased a used car, then mailed it to me as they mysteriously couldn't find it when I went to buy it in person. I was young, so I have learned, but it had water damage, then the engine blew. So while they replaced the engine with a used engine, the loaner car they gave me started smoking and that engine would not work. Their prices are always lower cuz you get what you pay for. Will never even consider this dealership again in my life. Hoping this helps you avoid the same mistake. Go elsewhere, there are plenty of used cars out there.

The car I bought from East Side Auto was a great deal with honest sales people so willing to help. There was no pressure to buy at all. I felt like family the moment I met the sales people. Yes hail damage but nothing I couldn’t get fixed if i chose to. Great experience and honest advice!
