Looks great. I wish I would have visited this...

Mercedes is the most reliable brand I have tried. Nothing is better than looking at your brand new S-Class. Best thing i like about this car, is the front-view. Headlights make it look fantastic. Great customer service won my vote. Will try to buy more from these guys.

i love this place. there the best.

there the best. and i really feel like they work with you and exspecailly with your budget. between my sales man Nick insurance guy Isac and the pretty young lady casandra i walked out that place very pleased. i walked in with many doudts because i was shopping around for a car for so long. i went there 1st time and even thoughi put money down on the car my sales man told me he could tell i didnt really want that cr and i should come back and they would show me more the second time around i was sold on this pretty black jetta 2006. i didnt have all the money but they work with me and gave me time in just2 weeks i had my car with even a lower ins price then i thought i would be paying for insurance. i definetly would tell a friend to tell a friend and recummend any 1 to them. im very happy, i dont regret going to them and i wish there was the first car placed ive went to. maybe i would of been driving a while ago. thanks AUTO MAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pavlo is excellent

I came to queen auto mall with the tendency of shopping around. I was not ready to buy, but Pavlo helped me out so much. He knew everything and, anything about all the vehicles. I was so confident in him and my purchase. I recommend this dealership to everyone searching for a pre-owned vehicle at a competitive price. I will now enjoy my pre-owned 2008 Honda Accord !!!

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

I CALLED UP AND SPOKE TO JONATHAN ABOUT A VEHICLE. HE TOLD ME TO COME IN AND ASK FOR EITHER PAVLO OR DEAN. AS I ENTERED THE CAR LOT I WAS APPROACHED BY MIKE. I ASKED HIM FOR DEAN AND WAS INTRODUCED TO HIM. SOMETHING DIDNT SIT RIGHT AS I SAW OTHER GUYS STANDING THEIR AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO ONLY ASK FOR SOLELY TWO GUYS. WHATEVER THE CASE WAS HE WALKED ME AROUND FOR ABOUT HALF HOUR LOOKING FOR A CAR TO "FLIP" ME IN. I HEARD HIM, JONATHAN AND PAVLO SNICKERING ABOUT THIS AS I WAS PUT TO SIT AT THE DESK. I THAN HEARD PAVLO CURSING AND CARRYING ON ABOUT HOW MUCH OF A "DOOKER" I WAS. I GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND ACTUALLY SAW A DIFFERENT CAR I LIKED. I PULLED UP ON MY PHONE THE COMPANY WEBSITE AND SHOWED IT TO DEAN. HE SAID THE PRICE WAS ACTUALLY 2000 DOLLARS MORE BECAUSE I WANTED TO PAY CASH!!!!!!! HE CHARGED ME ALSO THE INFAMOUS AUCTION FEE OF 449 PLUS ADDITIONAL 225 FOR SOME TITLE FEE. THAT WASNT THE END OF IT. I SAID OK LETS TRY THE FINANCING ROUTE AND DID THE APPLICATION. I WAS BROUGHT TO SIT DOWN WITH A CROOK BY THE NAME OF ISAAC!!! HE TRIED TO HONOR THE INTERNET PRICE BUT HE TRIED TO HIT ME ON THE BACK END WITH MADE UP BANK FEES AND BOGUS WARRANTY!! IT ALL CAME UP WAY PAST THE BOGUS PRICE DEAN QUOTED ME FOR AS CASH PRICE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS! ALSO THE CARS ARENT BANK OWNED OR REPO AS THEY SAY. WHEN YOU SEE THEM GOING ON THAT OUTDATED LITTLE PC THEY CHECK AND SEE WHAT THEY OWN IT FOR THEN TRY AND BUMP YOU UP IF YOUR OFFER ISNT SITTING RIGHT. I DIDNT PURCHASE A CAR AND WOULD NEVVVVERRRRRRR FROM THEM.

Convenient Location, Friendly Staff and excel...

I had a very pleasant experience looking for a new car at Queens Auto Mall. Firstly, the location is very convenient. The staff was friendly and didn't put any pressure on me. The financing part was also much easier than I had expected. There weren't any hidden costs, or last minute revelations. I'm overall very satisfied with my experience at Queens Auto Mall.

bought a car well over market value. on top of that the air bag signal keeps flashing and the right side stereo doesnt work properly. really bad investment. do yourself a favor and stay away from these people

I WALKED IN WITHOUT ANY PRIOR KNOWLEDGE AND BECAME VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE. I RETURNED THE FOLLOWING DAY AND BOUGHT THE CAR.
