I arrived at Toyota Hendrick at 6:30pm, and was greeted by Dustin. This was my first buying experience and he made me feel very comfortable straight away. He listened to what I was looking for and was able to present me with 4 options. We narrowed it down to 2, and we went through every detail of both cars. No question I had was left unanswered. It was such an enjoyable experience, and Dustin was so friendly and easy going. Even when I was still there past closing time! He made sure I was 100% happy leaving Hendrink Toyota, and not without a snap of my new car of course! Ask for Dustin when you go, you won’t be disappointed!

Brandon did an awesome job prepping the vehicle prior to my arrival. My initial contact was through a website after which he contacted me via email. No pressure- just a follow up to my inquiry. After he sent me a video introducing himself as well as the car I was intrigued. I already liked the car, now I liked my sales rep. Brandon did a great real life presentation with the car and I appreciate all the time he invested in closing the deal. He was awesome to work with as was the dealership. Highly recommend!!!

Jeremy Scott went above and beyond when I came in to do maintenance on my Toyota Camry , he was not only showed professionalism and knowledgeable, he recommended things I really needed instead just being an order taker , he really impressed me , and I have to tell you Hereny Scott did a wonderful job , employees like him is what every single company should have . Shelly Rivera, Chris Catherwood, and Chris Herndon were all phenomenal in our car buying experience! All were attentive, compassionate, kind, and very good at what they do.
