All Good ~

This was the first used vehicle that I've ever bought, I usually buy new. I'm the second owner of this truck and it was used by the Forest Service, plus I saw before purchasing that there had been no accidents and seemed to have a clean record. Because of these things, I trusted that the truck had been well taken care of. The purchase itself went smoothly and easily. It didn't feel like a "hard sell" at all, no pressure. No loan was involved. I traded in my car, which also went easily. All the staff that I worked with were friendly and helpful. It's been only about a week but so far the truck runs really well. Overall I had a good experience!

Deceitful Seller

To summarize , they lied about the condition of the vehicle, it needs almost 9,000 in repairs and all are safety issues. They make claims that the vehicles are run through extensive checks at a local Ford dealership and are ready for sale. I amde the mistake of trusting that and bought a truck for 27,000. I drove 400 miles to get it and drove it back not knowing the turbo, steerin box, ball joints, brake caliper, transmission, ujoints, shocks, and front suspension parts were bad. I could have been killed. Did they know of its condition? Yes, the leaks and problems were covered up by pressure washing, undercoating and paint. Do not buy a vehicle from this place ever!

Great overall experience

Cypress auto is a small dealership that delivers with great customer service and good vehicles. Lee was helpful, kind and knowledgable. Their inventory isn't huge but they sell quality trucks. Would highly recommend.

I bought a truck from Cypress auto and was told the tags were due this November 2020 but the tags were expired since November 2019. A couple weeks after I bought the truck, I got a call from Cypress auto telling me they had my registration and tags for 2020. They told me I had to pay $984 but they would go 50/50 on the $984 and they would take care of the penalties. Not true, they wanted me to pay half of the tags and the penalties. The price when I left the dealership was out the door price and they knew the tags were due and they knew there would be penalties. To me these guys do shady business and if I could give a 0 star , that's what they deserve.

GREAT SERVICE!!

I purchased a truck from Cypress Auto last month and it was the BEST car-buying experience I've ever had! They were recommended to me by a friend that had purchased from them years ago and couldn't say enough great things about them. Their service department is out-standing!

Very friendly staff, extremely bad trucks.

Cypress auto center are professional and courteous, but so is every other con man out there. Their trucks are absolute dealership rejected junk. They are 5 to 6 thousand dollars over any immaculate blue book value as well. They have a mechanic that is paid to hide and cover up problems, but they will fix these problems after the fact for 65.00 an hour plus parts. So what you get is an over priced vehicle that is guaranteed to have problems, but sold to you with a smile. Get a tetanus shot before using the rest room and plan on being there all day. They insist you use their financing because they'll get you a better rate. They're actually steering you away from your own bank because they know your bank will not finance these vehicles for what ever reason. Your there all day because every loan on their vehicles are high risk. It takes all sorts of manager signatures to get financed here. Then you drive home and have to buy new windshield wiper, your brakes are squeaking, it needs gas and oil. The stereo wont play CDs, ect. I have had 3 break downs in 2 months of owning this truck. I am warning anyone who is looking for a truck.... Don't buy here.

These guys are swindlers. They will insist you use their financing because they get better rates. Wrong - its because they know uour bank will never finance the vehicles at the price they're asking. Bad enough their vehicles are so highly over priced, but they are junk to boot. They have a mechanic that patches over and hides problems. Then they tell you they will fix YOUR problems for a discounted 65.00 an hour plus parts. I dont mind paying a little extra for a vehicle to know that it is sound, but paying extra for a lemon is insult to injury. These guys have no concern about reputation what so ever.
