Customer service excellence.
We had a 10:00 appointment on Saturday. We arrived about 30 minutes early to drop the car off. When we came back around noon, our car was parked just where we had left it. It had been overlooked. We received a sincere apology and was asked to have a seat and our car would be ready in about 20 minutes. When we were ready to go, the attendant said he took care of our car and handed us a paper with a $10 gift card attached. I thought that was very nice and I asked where we were supposed to pay. He said, "No, I took care of it. You don't have to pay." WOW. Talk about exceeding expectations!! He knocked it out if the ballpark!! Yes, we will be back. Thanks for allowing your employees to take such great care of your customers.

Great Purchase Experience
I was prepared to do battle since most car sales dealers can be quite pushy or pay no attention at all to what you say. However, Jerry was NONE of those things. I could not have asked for a nicer guy and a more wonderful experience. Jerry is a credit to your dealership. I give him 5 stars!!!!

Clean lobby
I wished it would have taken less time and we should have been given free floor mats since we paid cash for the SUV. I think my husband paid full price and none of his loyal dollars were used to purchase other aftermarket items for the SUV.

Dolores, I am sorry to hear about the mats. I notified Tony Stewart and he did mention about using the Preferred Owner points with the grille he wanted. Since there is a certain amount of loyalty money it had only covered the grille and not the weather tech mats also. If you have any questions please let us know at your earliest convenience.
