Very bad I replaced my brake pads and rotors but still

Very bad I replaced my brake pads and rotors but still noise coming soon as I press the brake. They didn’t fix when i get back there. Poor service and customer service.

Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Would never recommend this place to anyone. After agreeing on a sales price and checking my credit (which is excellent), Terrence R. tried to raise the price of the vehicle by $4000, claiming that they entered a figure wrong. The numbers should've been double-checked prior to sending them to me, and most definitely before doing a hard inquiry into my credit. Incompetent or unethical? Either way, beware!

Triston was great!

Triston was great! We were on vacation and didn’t really plan on buying but the whole experience was such a stress free transaction. Triston was attentive to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect truck. The finance manager was great as well. It really felt like the “good ole days” when people really cared and a deal could be made on a handshake. One more reason for us to love Nashville! Thank you Triston,, Joel and Carl Black Chevrolet. I highly recommend!

Triston was great.

Triston was great. Helped me and my wife find the exact vehicle we wanted and was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions. He made purchasing a vehicle painless. The process was quick and didn’t take all day. The finance process was easy and Joel was great to work with as well. This is not your typical “dealership” experience. They truly care about the customer. No high pressure, just there to assist and help. You won’t be disappointed here!

I been in 3 different Chevrolet dealer on the last two years and this one has the best customer service so far. thank you Tristón. But the financial dependent is not so good. The sales manager 👍(Take notes Chevrolet Buick GMC of Murfreesboro)

Purchased a Black Chevy Silverado 1500 last month and I absolutely love it. Great vehicle and was sold to me by a great sales rep. The entire experience was great and my sales rep was helpful and patient as we looked at multiple vehicles before setting on the one I wanted. Triston Moreno should be the number one individual you look for if you are going to purchase at this location. Easy, relaxed and knowledgeable. Everyone at this location was fantastic and I definitely recommend it to anyone.

I have been taking my Chevy Silverado to Carl Black for

I have been taking my Chevy Silverado to Carl Black for serving for over a year. Each encounter is fantastic. The staff here is consistently friendly, up front about pricing, and happy to answer questions. Leonard recently went above and beyond for me on my last visit, helping to re-engage my tailgate after another truck backed into my fender. As silly as it might seem, the fact that my tailgate wasn't properly connecting and I wasn't able to fix it on my own was a huge stressor to me. Leonard's thoughtful precision saved the day and I feel much safer driving my vehicle. If you are looking for fast, reliable, friendly service - Carl Black is top notch!
