I work with Will and this deal was not easy it was a long

I work with Will and this deal was not easy it was a long distance deal and I am over 75 years old I found the car i wanted for my wife at WILL'S DEALERSHIP and I wanted delivery by mother's Day you see it was going to be HER 75 Birthday present also it had to be here on time! and WILL GOT THE DEAL DONE AND DELIVERED

I had not bought a vehicle in several years for several

I had not bought a vehicle in several years for several reasons. The primary reason being the ‘hassle’ of buying a vehicle from a dealership. Sunvertibles of Franklin is a family owned and operated business. It was a straightforward, hassle free and refreshing experience . The sales person I worked with, Mr. Keith Goldstein, was knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly applied No pressure to the process. I was done with the entire transaction within two hours. Upon my picking up my vehicle the next week, I thanked Keith for his delightful service and said I will be back in the future to fill my needs for another vehicle whenever that comes to pass. A five star experience and I never leave reviews,…… so pretty impressive.

We dealt with Will and Brandon!

We dealt with Will and Brandon! Best experience with a dealership. No pressure. Will was waiting on several of us, he was running back and forth. He was very patient, it was like being in a candy store for me. BMW, Mercedes, and Audi. I ended up getting an Audi. It looks brand new, 2012 with 47000 miles. Very pleased and they gave us good trade in with our truck. We recommend them highly. They put new tires on and some cosmetic things. Some of which we had not noticed. Thank you Will and you too Brandon. Wyanne King. Fayetteville. Tennessee.

This is by far the worst dealership experience I ever

This is by far the worst dealership experience I ever had. I flew down to look at a car, and they knew this, so when I wanted to negotiate the price I was told "either by the car or fly home". They also LIED ABOUT WHAT THE CAR OFFERED! Their website listed that the car had active park assist, but when I called out that it didn't I was told "well if the website is wrong all I can really say is I'm sorry". You could also not lie to your customers/make things right, but maybe I was just raised differently. But rest assured, I was told by Brian that "I know what I got", his words verbatim. When I brought up the KBB and Edmunds excellent, not even fair, value of the car was still at least two grand lower than the list price I was told "you can look at any car on my lot, not a single one is priced below KBB value", so just know that they are ripping you off with price, they know it, and at least Brian is outwardly proud of it. I will be filling a BBB report with them. Feel free to let him know that I told you about him.
