I bought an older Lexus that qualifies for a Z sticker. I received my registration in the mail and no Z sticker. I specifically let them know I wanted a Z sticker. They take care of their own DMV registrations and don’t use the complete state of Alaska form that is two sided. On the back side is where they would need to check the box for permanent registration. So they misled led me just to sell a car. Now I have to repeat the process two years from now and pay an additional $125. Not happy.

Unprofessional staff - inquired about a vehicle that said to "call for price", was told the vehicle had yet to go through the shop for detail. Told them I was pre-approved and to call me back whenever they spoke to the sales manager how much they would like to sell the vehicle for. Gave me the run around. Despite telling them I was pre-approved and was willing to come check out the vehicle. Salesmen I spoke to said, it wouldn't be necessary since the vehicle wouldn't be priced and available for another two weeks. Salesmen did not cooperate or provide updates. Price was updated and then supposedly sold. Sales manager said there was a "line of people" inquiring about the same vehicle. Asked if the person it being sold to was preferenced because of a trade-in. He said they had been pre-approved.

Adam M. is an excellent employee, and Affordable Used Cars is fortunate to have hired him onto your exceptional sales team. He is easy going, cordial, and competent. I furnished him with the brand and models that I was interested in. He alotted ample time to each customer, and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase decision. He discussed warranty policy options, per my request, and expedited the detailing of a newly acquired vehicle. He had carefully inspected the chosen selections, and knew the minor flaws and special unique vehicle features, before I took a test drive. These are the qualities of a true professional. He is focused and genuine. He also tolerated my quirky sense of humor, when joking around about my "backyard hillbilly junkers on cement blocks", ( that would fail the lofty standards Affordable sets for new appraisals ). Bravo, Adam. As Arnold would say...." I'll be back....."!

We were selling our vehicle on Craigslist. Brett Wade contacted us about buying it. We brought the vehicle to the dealership, they appraised it and offered close to our asking price! They were reasonable and it was very easy and quick! I recommend bringing your vehicle by for them to look at if you ever are wanting to sell a car. It was literally a ten minute appraisal, as advertised. If I ever decide to sell my current car, I will definitely have them look at it first!

As always, Affordable Used Cars has provided a great deal and ease of purchase. This is the 4th vehicle I’ve bought there over the last 10 years. Won’t shop anywhere else!
