Worst dealership ever!
Worst dealership ever! Bought a certified pre owned ram 1500, left dealership and check engine light came on. Took back within the hour for cam phaser issue. Same issue for last 14 months. They did 14k worth of warranty work that did not fix the truck. Still having issues 14 months later and now saying no longer warranty. Dealership wants to replace complete engine and no warranty. So I’m stuck with a lemon that needs a new engine.

Three years ago Sarkis helped me with the purchase of a new Jeep Rubicon. I?ve purchased several new vehicles in the past and have never had a salesman go above and beyond as Sarkis does. I was in for an oil change and spotted a new Jeep Gladiator that fit my needs a little better than my Rubicon (which I Loved). Long story short, a day later I took my wife back to see the Gladiator. Sarkis was off that day but Kevin stepped in. This dealership is creating an awesome sales team! We struck a deal that even made my wife happy! :) I now have a new Gladiator in my driveway! I can?t say enough good about Sarkis and Kevin. I fully trust them! I?ve made new friends here!

When did they to daytona dodge out of people's recommendation. They had a pretty tough problem with my truck. I own a 2016 ram 1500 It was throwing code p0 3 6 9. Its a very persistent problem. after dealing with daytona dodge for 6 weeks while they work on my truck. And picking it up 2 separate times after they told me it was fixed. No communication or customer service. And 6100 dollars later. And truck still not fixed. And there not not willing to comp any cost On a 4700 repair after taxes. I now have to take my vehicle somewhere else to fix it. they didn't even show a little bit of sympathy. Will be leaving a review everywhere I can. And recommending nobody go to this place for anything. There obviously out to get peoples money. And could care less about the customer.

I don't usually leave unfavorable reviews, but after the experience we just had with my 20 year old sons truck at this place I wouldn't even have them do an oil change. They had my sons truck for 6 weeks and $6k later the problem is still not fixed - now they want an additional $5k. No way. They do not care about the customer either. Communication is awful and trying to talk to management is a joke. If you want your vehicle actually fixed don't bring it here. I can guarantee we won't be shopping for a vehicle either.

Daytona Dodge had my truck for 6 weeks and it's still not
Daytona Dodge had my truck for 6 weeks and it's still not fixed. They told me it was fixed twice before and I had to take it back then too. The communication and customer service is horrible. No one answers calls or texts, management doesn't care about any complaints either. They charged $6100 already and are telling me it's going to cost another $4700 now. I do not trust them and do not want to continue to deal with frustration. I need my truck for work and they do not care. They haven't taken any responsibility for charging so much without fixing it and will not work with me on the what they hope will fix it this time. I will take my vehicle somewhere else to fix it and do not recommend this dealership for anything. They're not good mechanics and they don't care about the customers.

Great people. Fast service. I took my truck in for an oil change. I live in Memphis and usually take my truck to my dealer there. It’s an all day affair. At Daytona Dodge, I was in and out in less than an hour. I will be back!
