I’ve been going to Audi of Natick for three years now.

I’ve been going to Audi of Natick for three years now. The service is top-notch. They always wash my car and vacuum it and Ross, the service advisor is always updating me when my car is in service. It’s hard for me to get rid of my Audi and have to go to another dealer because of their service.

I had big problems with the rims, tires, weel alignment

I had big problems with the rims, tires, weel alignment on my SQ5. Ross Kowalik from Audu Natick helped to make the repairs quickly and very well. Thank you so much for his work!!

Our salesman Zach K.

Our salesman Zach K., at Natick Audi, made our car buying experience exceptional in every way! He was the consummate professional. Zach listened to our priorities and concerns and addressed each one of them keeping in mind what our goal was. On delivery day, Zach spent time with us explaining the technology and addressed what was important to us. I would highly recommend seeing Zach K. at Natick Audi! We love our new car!

Great service.

Great service. Made it a breeze to find a new car for myself to lease. We priced everything over email and the phone. The save me loads of time. I was already familiar with the car. So I simply had to come in to sign some paperwork. And get my new car!

I recently brought my SQ7 to check a warning light. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience . From the moment I arrived, my service advisor, Nick was friendly, professional and attentive. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained the repair process in detail. The service team diagnosed the issue and provided a clear estimate before starting any work. Throughout the repair, Nick kept me updated on the progress and was always available to answer any questions. The repair was completed in a timely fashion, and the warning light is now gone. Overall, I highly recommend Audi Natick for repairs for their cars. Be sure to ask for Nick at the service desk.
