Overall I am very satisfied with ford star Glendale, malfunction in my panoramic view sunroof which was handled professionally and repaired as promised there was a little scratch I think it caused by the time technicians removed the gigantic window roof but handled very professionally by service manager we are human and entitled to make mistake and accident happened all the time without your knowledge. also I was given a rental car since they have to keep my car for couple of days. My Service advisor Terry is a gentleman with profession and class I am very very satisfied with terry. I highly recommend Ford Star Glendale, hands down this is the place you will have confidence buy or get repaired on your vehicle. Whenever I drive from Montana to CA for a family visit, I take my vehicle to Star for general maintenance: oil change, tires, etc. The staff has always been friendly and professional, and work completed within the given timeframe.

No Pressure to Purchase
I had the best experience. The most important thing for me was that I never felt like I was being pressured into buying a car. Lawrence and Thomas were wonderful. Lawrence worked really hard to fine me just the right car. It's my favorite color, it has everything I wanted especially the wood, no sunroof, and most of all in the price range I wanted. I also appreciated Ken, the Finance Manager who walked me through the final paper work, once again I felt no pressure to purchase anything I didn't want. We had not purchased a car in eight years so I'm grateful that it was a positive experience.
