Took my edge there in sept of 2022. Didnt get back until Jan 27 2023. With a check engine light on. Took it in for new tires and new battery and a new alternator.The lack of communication is at an all time high there. They told me they didn't all they could do and couldn't get the light off. Even though the light wasn't on went I took it to them. I would never take my vehicle back to them. Worst experience of my life!

Hybrid Headache: Dealer at a Loss
Car towed to dealer for repair 09/28/21. Picked up 5 WEEKS later. Car towed to dealer for SAME problem 01/28/22 [3 months later]. Picked up 4 WEEKS later. 03/28/22 [3 weeks later] car is towed to dealer again with again THE SAME PROBLEM!!! Ford C-Max 2013 SEL hybrid. Ford can invest millions & millions in selling electric/hybrid vehicles but ZERO in haying people to repair them.

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 30 plus years of car ownership! Very professional and did not feel like they were trying to over-charge me and rush through to a solution. I look forward to visiting this service center again!

Looking for a Jeep Wrangler.
I had been shopping around for a Jeep Wrangler. After several disappointing encounters at other dealerships I found a Jeep I wanted to look at on their website. I drove over and took a look at it had some questions about it possibly being in a wreck due to some hood fitment issues. The salesperson looked it up and said that it had been in a collision at some point. (Kind of disappointed at that point). I stated I had seen another Jeep on their website but it was located at a sister dealership 60 miles away. The sales person stated they could have it on the lot the same day. Within 2 1/2 hours I got a call that it was on location. Went over, looked it over, test drove it and had signed the papers with 1 1/2 hours. This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase I have done to date. I would highly recommend the sales team.

Found my vehicle
Rebecca is great to work with. She listened to my needs and worked to help me find the right truck. When she didn't know the answer she did not hesitate to find the correct answer, right away. In the end, I wish I had gotten more for my car since it needed no reconditioning. Now it's listed for $3,500 more than what they paid me. I'd recommend Rebecca for anyone looking for a vehicle, but be sure to do your homework and don't forget to check out the local competition.
