Audi Dallas service is the best. I called my sales specialist Jaramy Lalonde about issue I Was having. She immediately connected to with Tim Bennett in the service department. He got me in for an assessment the next day. He worked the the extended warranty people , ordered the parts and set up a time to bring in my car. I was in and out in one day. Easy peasy. Jaramy Lalonde and the Audi Dallas team are the best. I was having an issue with the release lever on my back seat. I reached out to Jaramy and she was on it. The next day I had and appointment with Tim Bennett in service. He worked with my extended warranty and had everything worked out in no time. I have come to understand that this is the type of gold Standard that Jaramy and her team at Audi Dallas deliver time and time again. She is the best.
