No Pressure Buyinng Experience
Kat was awesome to deal with. We arrived at 4 PM, test drove two cars and was in finance working with Bridget 45 minutes later. Finance got us a great rate with terms we could afford. We drove off the lot with our new Jeep 45 minutes later. These professionals made this experience very enjoyable and quick.

Awesome Service!
I'm a pretty frequent flyer at Hudson Luther from routine maintenance and repairs to adding accessories and after market parts on my Dodge Charger. Although everyone who works there is always friendly and very welcoming, Troy is usually the main person I work with when I go there. He has always exercised excellent customer service skills and taken care of me from the day I started utilizing Luther Auto. I feel that I can trust all the work and maintenance that they do to my car. I also love that they wash the outside after every visit so your car always leaves working and looking better than when it arrived! I appreciate everyone that works there, thanks for all your hard work!

Great service, helpful and professional people
Another repair shop told us we needed new ball joints and 4 wheel alignment at $900. Here they found it out of alignment, fixed a tire that was bad and assured us that the ball joints were fine! We appreciated their honesty and professionalism. Jeff and the mechanics we spoke with were very helpful.

One issue after another
Was having engine issues with my Jeep Liberty with 61,000 miles on it. Brought my car in under the "extended warranty" that I purchased when buying the car. Sold to me as full coverage, my fault...I didn't read the fine print closely enough. Lesson learned. Turns out the head gaskets are blown, covered under warranty but can't get a loaner until Tuesday due to Memorial Day weekend. Get a call from service manager Tuesday that the heater core needs to replaced also and...that's not covered by warranty. $1200.00 estimate. When I question the cost of the extended warranty manager explains that at least the head gaskets are covered. Well buddy, those would have been covered under the 100,000 mile engine and powertrain warranty anyway. Jeep should be ready by the end of the week. Come Friday, mechanic broke some part while doing installation. New part will be in Monday and they will get it back together. Following Wednesday, Service Manager calls and tells me the mechanic damaged the radiator and now that's leaking. Parts will be in in the morning. Vehicle not ready on Thursday. Stop by to grab some things I need out of the vehicle Friday afternoon. It's still overheating. Finally able to get vehicle back early Friday evening after over 2 weeks in the shop. Took only about 2 minutes to run my card to pay the bill.

Service Oil Change
Excellent Service As Always. Had Schedule Appointment Was In And Out In Reasonable Time. Inspection Revealed Third Door Brake Bulb Was Burned Out Replaced Vehicle Washed And I Was On My Way.

Excellent Service As Always!
I've never had a bad experience with Luther Chrysler in Hudson. They have serviced my '06 Town and Country since it was new. The advisors are efficient and honest, the estimates are accurate. Never a surprise and I don't like surprises!

Accessory Installation
I recently purchased a Jeep Compass from this dealership and a remote start and backup camera were part of the deal. I arranged for the installation along with the first oil change. They provided a loaner vehicle during the service. The service department was aware that I really needed my vehicle back by the end of the day. There was a problem with the backup camera wiring harness and I received a call from Bill Bush, the Service Manager. Bill explained the issue and told me he would make calls to see how quick he could get a new wiring harness. A few minutes later Bill called back and said they would have one the next day. I told him that was fine and I'd leave my Jeep there so they didn't have to put it back together and then take it apart again. The new wiring harness arrived early the next day as promised and Bill called me at 10 am to let me know my Jeep was done and offered to deliver it. i picked up my Jeep a short time later, it was washed and ready to go, everything was put back together properly and all the new accessories worked as they should. I appreciate it that the service manager took the time and effort to make sure I was taken care of.
