It is so wonderful to buy a car and not have a salesperson that is high pressure. We work with Bobby Corbett several days he was very easy going very compassionate over our situation he assured us that he was not that type of a person. We looked at several Vehicles told them our situation. We called him back and told him we were on the way if we still had the car. He assured us that the car was still there we told him we would be on the way in about an hour. We had already worked out the numbers we were out of the dealership in about 35 minutes. First, I was surprised to see that the dealership was very busy on a Friday afternoon. So much so that the receptionist had to call for a sales rep. Natalia Gutierrez responded. She was pleasant, and very knowledgeable about all the features on the Rav 4 I was interested in. She allowed me to take a long test drive, on several different types of roads, including an interstate. She pointed out the features that could only be seen while driving, such as lane control. As an example of dedication, she drove the car to my car the next day, as I had to drive back home in my original car. Thanks Nalalia. I hope the service is as good as the sales.
