The best Service
Cord at the service department is the best service advisor that I have worked with. I have been to other Nissan service centers and this one is, by far, the best. They are prompt with completion of repairs. They are always in communication to let me know as soon as the work is done rather than my having to wait all day for a phone call and call to follow up. Their pricing is reasonable which is very important because I have had some major repairs recently and I am always looking to save money where I can. They even gave me a loaner/free rental car to use overnight while they ordered the part and completed the repair. I definitely recommend this location for service needs.

Customer Service
I came in for an oil change. Bella, the service person, as always was very "customer-service" oriented. I also retained a key loss by the dealership on my last visit.

Wonderful service
The service department is always fair and prompt when I need them, which as much as I drive is about every 6 weeks. Loaner cars are always available as needed, or the business center is always clean if I can wait but need to keep busy with my work.

Great
Service, as always, was great. Ken Gilland is who we always use, and his service is better than all. We've been using him since our first Maxima in 2007.

Had a new key made. Service was great
I went in to get a new key made. I asked the price. Reprogramming of the keys was required. The price was ok. Needed the new key to be able to lock the glove box (a non valet key). The new key based upon the vin locked the glove box. There was some confusion about that. I got a quote on replacing the broken rear drink holder for the Nissan exterra. The price was more than I wanted to pay. The service staff was very courteous and service was timely.

Rip Off
My Name is Nicole Berry I traded in my 2017 Altima with 26,000 miles for 2019 Altima on 4/18/2019. Now during the process of the trade in, Trent Cavalli (Finance Director) never once mentioned to me that they were gonna use My gap refund along with my extended warranty refund as a down payment. Which in all total out $2,275. They ask how much I had to put down, and I said $500. So Steve the sale man came back with a paper showing my payments will be $620, I told him I’m paying $515 now on the trade in why would I pay $620 for the new car. Then Aziz came over asking if I could do $555 and I told him no. I will go up to $539. Now fast forward, I sit with Trent Cavalli he tells me for $550.22 that I can have the GAB so I agreed. So I call Nissan Finance to find out about my GAP and EXT Warranty she said when I receive my paid off letter to take it to Nissan to receive my refund. Well Trent Cavalli tells me he is me refund for the down payment on the new car, never mention this to me when we spoke 2 days before. So if you use my GAP and EXT Warranty which was $2275 plus $500 total $2775, why is my car note $550.22? My payments should have went down. Nissan Barrett Lakes in Kennesaw Ga

Efficient and Effective
They were awesome. I went in there and told them what I want and they delivered. They were uber nice with my inquisitive child and answered both of our questions. Thank you.
