Your parts department was very thorough. Tim found and ordered a new wheel to be installed the next day. I was very impressed with Tim Matthews knowledge and his directions on how to get the repairs done the next day. The quick center operated like a will oiled machine. We lined up in the morning they took each customer individually to get details for Repair. It was well organized and very customer focused . A pleasant place to sit and have some coffee as the work was done in a very timely manner was a plus. I would add the work was done perfectly. I would certainly recommend them to any other Ford customers.

Retail Associate
I work for a large home improvement store and had to have several copies of replacement keys made for our vehicles. Samantha V. from the service department was outstanding. Since the vehicles are handled by Fleet services she had to create separate work orders for each vehicle and manage her way through their phone center. She was very patient while I got the information she needed from each vehicle and made sure everything was squared away before I left. I would like to thank her for the high level of service she provided.

Why don't you have Brad hot just give me a call I've been calling for the last few days and no respond back if you're really interested in helping have your sales manager Brad hochman and give me a call they have my number I left messages on his his voicemail so if you're willing to do this and it's been going on for a few weeks I'm pretty sure you should have a brad Hodgman give me a call and get back to me either way you guys have my phone number.

I don't understand why Brad hodgeman hasn't contacting me back . I leave message for him.At Crossroad Ford in Cary North Carolina. I need to know why this sales manger wont call me back. I wait for his call but does call back.

I called for Allen Boyd and left a message and called Brad Hodgeman and no anwer just leave him voice mail. Then I was told that they dont take care of that problem what lady answered the phone fot Allen Boyd. I did everything I can and just want the issue fixed. Thank you

2015 Ford Fiesta
I bought a brand New 2015 Ford in September 2015 and at 5,000 miles had to fix the transmission and then heater box and took both doors off the front doors and blue tooth was fixed 5 times and not working. I bought my new Ford at Crossroad Ford in Cary North Carolina. I bought the car off the showroom Floor. I also having a trouble with transmission again. They treated me like dirt and made accuses and say there nothing wrong. The had my car in shop for 14 days and when I get my car back had a broken grill and the said they didnt do it . It was me that did it. How can I do it if ford dealer had it and went in with no broken grill and I receive it back broken. I just want them to fix my car and give back to me in working order. I have to take off work and lose money . Hope that everything will be looked at.
