Great service Dept

I've purchased 6 vehicles form Crossroads, and one of the primary reasons I continue coming back to you is the service department. You guys are always awesome.

Quick Lane @ Crossroads Ford - Cary, NC Review

Wait time is usually long, 45 minutes at least. Wait time is longer when State Inspections are conducted. I had no appointment. Waiting area is good. WiFi is available, also some computer stations. There is a TV which is usually tuned to some sports channel or DIY channel. Bottled water is also available. I have no issues with Quick Lane at Cross Roads Ford, Cary.

Great service at Quick Stop

The Quick Stop is gear and I highly recommend it. Quality maintenance is almost a good enough reason to buy at Crossroads Ford. Some dealerships leave much to be desired. My only complaint from my last visit is that no tire rotation meant no break inspection. So, I had to ask for one before I could leave.

Nicely done

Ford Escape - one of my free oil changed. Staff was very nice. Service was good as best as I could tell.
