Sales person and Sales Manager were very honest and helped make a quick sale. My wife and I enjoyed the experience. They both made sale satisfying to both of us. The saleslady was very knowledgeable about the vehicle.

I love going to New Smyrna Chevrolet to get my vehicle serviced where I purchased it. I especially love to deal personally with Christina AKA Kitty, she's the BEST!!!!!!!!!! She works so hard and pays particularly to each individual. She never sounds rushed, irritated or anything other than there to make sure that your vehicle is well taken care of. I know for a fact she works VERY hard and many hours without a visible complaint. This girl deserves a raise! and a faction paid for!! Please make sure that she never leaves unless she decides to retire.

From the moment we approached the showroom we were welcomed by staff ready & willing to assist us at our own pace. After working diligently with Grace on the phone on Thursday, we came to a mutual agreement of a price & a scheduled time for pick up on Friday. As we were preparing to leave this Fri morning, Grace called to inform us about an unexpected problem with the car we were planning to purchase. This is the second time that we have visited and bought from Anthony Thompson at New Smyrna Chevrolet dealership. With our first purchase, we were on vacation in New Smyrna when we had a problem with our vehicle. Anthony came over to help us. We went to the dealership and made our first purchase! Absolutely fantastic buying experience from my salesman, Kenny Creech. He was exceptional from start to finish. As a former Marine, Kenny's attention to detail and unrivaled customer service meant a lot to me, a retired Army officer. Run to the dealership to see him, you will thank me later.

All good, second oil change and tire rotation, had to get my front end alignment adjusted, between oil change and alignment I was there about 2 and a half hours.

CJ the service advisor is exceptional to work with. He is very personable and updates often. Highly recommend.
