What a great experience! I think they were as excited about my new car as I was! Very personable staff! Steven even made special arrangements to meet us at the dealership on his day off because we were traveling from out-of-town. Highly recommend this team if you're looking for a good experience!

Charles Boyd Chevrolet is a easy dealership to work with, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. I walked in and there was someone to greet me and asked if they could help me. The service dept addressed all my issues, kept me notified of the progress they were making and when finished checkout was so fast and easy. I DEFINITELY WILL USE THEM FOR ALL MY CADILLAC NEEDS,
