The salesman Carlos was a good guy. I not so sure about the dealership team. We worked up a deal to purchase a Toyota Avalon. There were items on the car that we going to be done like a few scratches were going to be fixed. Mats were going to be supplied. Waited for 4 days for the minor work to be completed when told one day was needed. The car was eventually delivered 3 days later. When recieved, it was disappointing to see the agreed items to be done were not done. I don't understand why they didn't complete the items they agreed to do. I felt they were taking advantage of me because I paid them for the car. Also, when the car was delivered we found out they were going to supply only one key. The fact that a key was missing was never mentioned by the dealer. I find that very dishonest. Now I need to purchase an added $300 dollar key. All buyers beware. Put everything in writing and make them sign it before paying for the car. Better yet don't pay them until you confirm what they agreed to do in the deal is complete. After complaining I did eventually get mats and some touch up paint. I like the car, but this was not a good buying experience.

Juan answered all my questions had the car ready when I got there for a test drive. He was friendly and literally ran through the dealership to expedite the deal. Finance manager and Juan both offered other services but weren’t pushy they were honest and fair. Going on day 10 of owning the new suv and so far so good! Knock on wood! Bought a truck from them in August.
Bought a truck from them in August. It’s now December and they still have not registered my vehicle. I called to follow up many times and always got the run around. Now they don’t return my calls and nobody has followed up with me. I bought a truck I can’t drive because this dealership is incompetent.

BE CAREFUL WITH THE EXTRAS!! I have a 2022 Highlander purchased new from ROHRMAN Ft Wayne Toyota. I was charged a LARGE extra fee for a Ziebart protection plan to be renewed on an annual basis. I had no choice as it came "with the car". Ziebart wont let you wait at the location on the car to be done so because I am 60 mi away I waited outside. The renewed service was a wash, reapplying the fabric conditioner and placed back outside. Nothing was reapplied on the exterior. The manager was VERY vulgar and really pressured me to purchase additional services. Not happy with all that and I couldn't get the time of day when notifying the dealer about it. The dealer also serviced the car at least 4 times and never found the oil leak I complained about. I took it to EVANS Toyota who put new seals in the leaking transfer case under warranty.

This dealer entices with good prices. I checked on the website, called them and forwarded the price of the car. I have already left home to buy a car. On the way, they write to me that the price was wrong and that they corrected it and now there is a different price for the car with a difference of $10k. Of course, I turned around and said that this was some kind of scam. Maybe that's how they work, or maybe they really made a mistake. Just wanted to leave a comment here. But it was very disappointing.
