Busy people friendly
It was a very busy day for me, I needed a loaner that morning & I couldn't afford to lose 10 minutes waiting...Talk about a quick drop-off & pick-up the loaner then go; It was perfect, just like I wanted. Repairs
When I was finally able to get my truck in, I forgot about my appointment. They let me bring it in the next day. I worked with Amanda and Will. They were very kind considering that I was angry about having to do the repairs to an expensive truck with less than 34,000 miles. I was not able to see or have the parts they supposedly replaced, because they said there was a "core charge" and Ford had to have the parts back. I know this didn't have anything to do with Amanda or Will, but I was disappointed. Glad to have my truck and not having to clear the display screen every time I start it up.
